This weekend Larry hosted the first annual “Laughing For Laci" fundraiser for The Laci & Conner Fund in Modesto, CA.  Larry with Brad Sherwood and Colin Mochire from "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" Founded by Laci Peterson’s mother, Sharon Rocha, The Laci & Conner SAR Fund awards grants to search and rescue organizations across the country that pay for everything from GPS equipment to radios, computers and diving gear. The organization has raised almost $200,000 and given money to 37 organizations in 10 different states.
The event featured performances from comedians such as Wendy Liebman, Jeff Caldwell and Colin & Brad from "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" Laci's family says that she loved comedy, and felt it would be fitting to honor her with a comedy show.
Sharon was a frequent guest on our show throughout the search for her daughter, as well as the trial and conviction of Laci's husband, Scott Peterson.
