Until this country and our POTUS make military service open to ppl other than heterosexuals and marriage is a civil contract between 2 legal adults LGBTQI young ppl will be treated like the second class citizen that our country views us.

Please do not forget that the Trevor Project is also a hotline for transgender youth. While non-heterosexual youth are 4 times more likely to attempt suicide, almost 41% of transgender people have attempted suicide. This is 25 TIMES more than the national average. PLEASE do not forget to mention transgender youth in your postings. They suffer just as much as the gay, lesbian, and bisexual youth, but are barely ever mentioned.

This man should be appointed King of the World.. Truer words have never been spoken.

It took a lot of courage for this man to speak what he had to say for the world to hear. The retribution could be phenomenal, but at least he was willing to take a stand on his and Australia's beliefs.

Whole world needs a leader like this!

Maybe if we circulate this amongst ourselves in Canada & USA , WE will find the courage to start speaking and voicing the same truths.
