Sounds like as if Jessy Ventura were one of those peoples who just like to siphon gasoline out of people’s gas tanks, not ever caring about getting a mouthful, as long as they got to go along for the tril.

America was a land of production, self-managed production that is.
Now it’s use or uses is or has seemed to have run short.

I have a question about the Chile mine rescue. What will they do to the rescue shaft once everybody is rescued? Thanks.

I agree with Jesse and am glad his show's back–I'll be watching. He's a voice of sensibility in a land of corruption. Unfortunately, to keep the crazies at bay, I'll be holding my nose and voting for the Democrats in the upcoming election, because I agree much more with their social platform than the rightwingnut socially backwards teabaggers. They remind me of Archie Bunker, except they're not funny.

Jesse is right about about investigating Plum Island. Lyme disease is spreading faster than AIDS.
In 2009 there were 29,780 new cases reported in the United States. The CDC states that this is less that 10% of actual cases that meet it's reporting criteria. Over 297,800 cases in 2009? Yet the government has done practically nothing over the past 15 to 20 years.
Something is going on!

The work that Jesse and his team are doing is so extremely important! Back when I first saw his show preview I hoped he would do something on Plum Island and Lyme Disease. Our government acts like an over protective parent shielding the citizens from the painful truth. Thank you Jesse for opening the eyes of people not affected by Lyme disease.

Thank you Mr. Ventura for seeking truth in conspiracy. Of course not all conspiracies are true or even half-true, but questioning and pressure must exist to keep the government in check to a degree when there are confirmed accounts of conspiracies, like the Plum Islan Lyme genesis theory, occuring in places like Guatemala and elsewhere... the gov just apologized for running a secret cold war program to infect people there with Syphalis for God's sake! I want to trust and respect our government, not fear it. We are supposed to hold the power over it and hold them accountable.

Whether or not Plum Island has anything to do with Lyme being the No. 1 Vector-Borne disease in America today is unknown to me personally. However, regardless of whether it played a role in the spread of Lyme, our government still denies the very existence of the disease for more than 350,000 cases a year.

To put it on a proper scale, according to the CDC, West Nile Virus cases amounted to 713 cases in 2010. H1N1 reported cases for 2009 were 66,873. Reported cases of probable and confirmed Lyme disease for 2009 were 38,000 with the CDC admitting these numbers are likely 10 times higher due to misdiagnosis and under reporting of Lyme disease.

This brings actual Lyme disease numbers to upwards of 380,000 new cases per year. Unlike H1N1, undetected Lyme disease can be disabling for life. You will know in a short time whether H1N1 is going to take you down or if you will return to normalcy. Not so with Lyme disease. It is a fatal disease when left untreated.

There is a high rate of suicide with Lyme disease due to the severe disability, pain, and lack of treatment given to persons with this disease. Current tests for Lyme are accurate in only 50% of those tested and physicians are more uneducated in Lyme than in any other infectious disease.

So why is it that you don't hear about Lyme that often? That's the question I would like answered. Don't think Lyme applies to you? Think again. It is in all 50 states. Think you can avoid ticks and their habitats? Part of the controversy in Lyme is regarding how it may be transmitted. It is believed and there are medically documented cases of Lyme disease being transmitted to a fetus, which also means it can be sexually transmitted. It is a spirochetal bacteria which is a distant cousin to syphillis.

You don't have to expose yourself to a tick's habitat. You only have to expose yourself to someone who is unaware they are currently infected with Lyme disease. The problem is, they probably don't know they are infected.

This bacteria can lay dormant inside the body for years and resurface at a later date. This is just one of the reasons it has now surpassed AIDS and is the front runner for vector-borne diseases in America.

Yet, you are not hearing about Lyme. You probably know more about H1N1 and West Nile Virus than you know about Lyme. Be afraid, be very afraid. Whether our government is hiding the truth or simply not taking action in regards to Lyme makes their crime no less serious. Ignorance in a court of law is never a defense and it should not be a defense for our medical profession or our government! Lyme is an excellent biowarfare weapon. It comes in like a thief in the night. Its stealthy. It waits until your body is under physical or emotional stress, and it attacks you. You won't know what hit you.

It will bring a lumberjack to his knees, and at that point the only thing he will be able to do is pray because the medical profession and our government are ignoring this plague.
