There is a big difference between the American flag as a symbol and Bible or Koran as a sacred book of God. Mr. Justice can't compare the reaction to flag burning and Koran/Bible burning.
Another thing if it is unlawful or illegal, as your law holds it, to use the N word for African Americans than why is hurting the religious sentiments of minorities not been prohibited under your law?

If you do not understand the brilliant US Constitution (read it, you haven't), you will not know what freedom and freedom of speech is.

This is a very complicated situation with strong feelings on both sides. I agree with Justice Stephen Breyer. Freedom of speech incorporates ideologies one may agree or disagree. Many individuals construe freedom of speech with fairness. The freedom of speech is not one of fairness. It is not fair to promote rhetoric and propaganda in order to sway a population or to ruin someone's image such as tabloid trash. However, under the freedom of speech, we have the right to express ourselves. Hopefully we will use that freedom with some sense of responsibility.
