Hey, Ayatollah's and Ahmandinejad..leave those kids alone...All in all, you'll be another brick in their wall...of murder. Roger Waters granted two Iranian brothers the use of Pink Floyd's music and lyrics of 'Another Brick In The Wall' to use as their anthem to bring down the regime of the theocratic government in Iran. Hope it gets those Assa-hollah's dancing on their own graves, before they are tossed in. Money is also being raised to send Iranian dissident's to baseball throwing a grenade missed Ahmadinejad.. The Iranian media is softening the truth by reporting it as only a has already blown up in their faces.

Cartoonists too cowardly to draw the truth become black and white rhetoric on sidewalks...stepped on by the hard leather soles of reality..caj.

Cajazz76:24:8   August 4th, 2010 7:45 pm ET

FOX NEWS has assured their viewer's that they will not accuse the president of his leadership, now that BP's blowout is cemented..They will just continue to amuse them with their 'FAIR AND BALANCED' caricature's of the truth...caj

The economy continues to grow in spite of the Republican Potty'ticians filibustering, obstructing and blocking all legislation they can. Stocks continue upwars as they should and the American economy is growing again. Unlike the European economy who adopted the Republican widely suggested strategy of a mild to no stimulus spending to kick-start their large economy slump. The European economy's are barely limping along with their 1% gains.

Manufacturing in America continues to grow for the first time in years since the Bill Clinton era. The American economy appears to be emerging out of the recession and America has posted job gains for five months now. Thank God for the Democratic party leaders. Today, Democratic lawmakers forwarded a bill to save thousands of teacher's jobs. Think of the effect on the economy with all those people out of work. Still, the critical bill to pass thru the US Senate is the one that eliminates the capitial gains tax on small buisness. The Republican Potty'ticians are still filibustering it. Republican party = tea party = Hoovervilles. Republicans dare not refuse to follow their Saudi Oil master's at FOX news.

Seth is awesome. If you get past uncomfortable with word press power off. A few scenes have been rank but overall the shock value makes you laugh. His style was innovative.

Cajazz76:24:8   August 4th, 2010 8:36 pm ET

Rudy Guiliani's daughter, Caroline, busted for shoplifting...only supports the fact that he is a 'cheap' talkie...Seth, any room for that ' toon'?

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:03 pm ET

This is one of my favorite shows besides the Simpson's this is why I dont like Sara Pallin she attacks the American humour .

R   August 4th, 2010 9:08 pm ET

Seth, Fox emailed me that The Simpsons will be doing a tribute to Glee in their Fall Season Premiere episode. I had sent them an email asking if Stewie would do anything saluting Glee on Family Guy. What about Family Guy! I'd love to see Family Guy do a Glee inspired episode.

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:11 pm ET

How are Stewies feelings on prop.8 .

Eric Walter   August 4th, 2010 9:11 pm ET

I want to know if Seth believes (especially in the first show clip of Stewie and Brian) if he sees some of himself in the character Brian.

james brinson   August 4th, 2010 9:12 pm ET

our contitutional fredom allows this! but is it morally acceptable? No, we havent fully recoverd from the rascism! Now here you have another entire generation with no guidance coming to accept a show that portrays an morally degrading point of view!My kids will never watch this show or any of its kind!! Im in deep regret for the children who are less fourtunate to have a the correct guidance to steer them from this mental abuse! we deal with our histroy enough ton keep revisting these trails! shame on you!! Very offensive!!!

Dodie   August 4th, 2010 9:13 pm ET

Why is the focus on Seth MacFarlane's annual income instead of those hedge funds managers that make over ((( $2 billion a year )))

Erin   August 4th, 2010 9:15 pm ET

I think Seth MacFarlane is a comedic genius. If you're offended by it then simply don't watch it.
On a personal note, is he single? I would LOVE to marry you 🙂

Mohamad Abdullah   August 4th, 2010 9:15 pm ET

Great show Larry and Seth. I am an American-Palestinian. Born and raised in Southern California.

I love the show Family Guy.

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:15 pm ET

They should make Sara Pallin a cartoon on Family Guy .

EB   August 4th, 2010 9:16 pm ET

Can you ask Seth if he is the creator of the HBO cartoon series Spawn?

If so, is he going to make more?

Sean   August 4th, 2010 9:16 pm ET

Just wanna say I love this show....Keep doing your thing. I'm buying and watching every season that Seth creates!!

Greg Rotch   August 4th, 2010 9:17 pm ET

What was your motivation to make Stewie look bicurious?

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:18 pm ET

Comedy central had little bush and other politicians and none of them ever mad a fuss Sara just cant cope .

tedric   August 4th, 2010 9:18 pm ET

are u going to make in other spin off from family guy or american dad

Karen Steinhaus   August 4th, 2010 9:19 pm ET

Dear Mr. King, I live on Long Island and watch your show. Could you please consider doing a show involving Unions. Unions are the backbone of the American workforce. Unfortunately, I feel with declining memberships our middle class is going to be non-existent.
I was a member of CWA Local 1105 for many years and I'm proud to say so. Please please consider my suggestion. Thank you, Karen

Mohamad Abdullah   August 4th, 2010 9:19 pm ET

I've also seen your previous interview with Seth. Those Muslims who get mad over a show is honestly to me a bunch of nonsense. We're better than that. This world is already currupt ;}

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:20 pm ET

Our country needs jokes at the politicians exspence so to hell with them if they cant take a joke .

Dodie   August 4th, 2010 9:20 pm ET

Seth MacFarlane has good wit and banters. He is bright and engaging. Life is just too serious and he helps to mediate and 'lighten-up' those individuals that need the help. He is not discriminatory as his focus is with everyone.

Tyler   August 4th, 2010 9:20 pm ET

Raw humor is hard to find unless you go to an underground comedy club. However, Seth has brought this humor to a worldwide audience. The fact that Family Guy has been cancelled and has come back shows how powerful it can be. I still cannot believe how in depth the writing team is with society; it's as if they are teaching sociology to viewers in a very roundabout manner. Let kids watch! Maybe they will learn something, away from the mindless shows made for them nowadays.

jay   August 4th, 2010 9:20 pm ET

any chance of a big screen movie?

Brian Rentz   August 4th, 2010 9:21 pm ET

I'm a big fan of all of Seth's shows and would like to ask

Are you going to do any more movies?

Gordon   August 4th, 2010 9:21 pm ET

How do I apply to work for you????????

Andy Fabri   August 4th, 2010 9:24 pm ET

Dear Larry, Mr McFarland is right about the FCC, we filed a complaint with them, the complaint was that we weren't notified timely so we could file a complaint about an entity that was under their umbrella, their answer was that we had not written them timely. Ha Ha, ironic, huh? By the way they never acted on our complaint that the entity had not notified the public timely.
Thanks Andy

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:24 pm ET

This country is greeving and is in pain and its people like Seth that puts spirit back into our lives .

Kimberly   August 4th, 2010 9:26 pm ET

Just a fluff question; why martinis for Brian? I love the choice by the way!

Kevin Grissinger   August 4th, 2010 9:27 pm ET

Why does it seem that sometimes Stewie can be heard by adults and then other times he is not. they sometimes can hear him and sometimes they cannot.

tedric   August 4th, 2010 9:27 pm ET

luv tha show want mo spin offs

Eddie F.   August 4th, 2010 9:27 pm ET

I would like to know what Seth thinks keeps Family Guy as popular as it is, The Simpsons was extremely popular for long time, but then went down in popularity. What do you think caused this downfall, and have you ever met Matt G.

Charlie   August 4th, 2010 9:28 pm ET

Love all your work Seth.

As far as to Sarah and anybody else, what happened to "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me."

Dawn   August 4th, 2010 9:32 pm ET

Where does Seth MacFarlane come up with this stuff?

betsy andrews   August 4th, 2010 9:33 pm ET

My question for His Honor Mr. MacFarlane is, "how many more minutes till you are our king?"

To me, Seth says out loud what we all think privately. Soccer moms tell us that our thoughts are offensive and inappropriate. Seth reminds us that we're all in this together. None of us is innocent.

My favorite character? I can't. The residents of Quahog are my friends and neighbors. And while I wouldn't do him in a hurry, Quagmire steals my heart. Why? Quagmire allows me to forgive myself for having a libido.
And as a 44 y/o woman, that pardon is gold.

MacFarlane offensive? To the contrary!

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:34 pm ET

@ Charlie . Sarah can go chase some sticks she needs to butt out on things that makes America laugh .

timothy   August 4th, 2010 9:36 pm ET

seth while my company was deloyed to afghanistan one of the few things we looked forward to was relaxing and watching family guy dvds it sucked though because electricity is scarece in som areas so thank you seth

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:36 pm ET

I would like to see Family Guy do a show with Two And A Half Men .

Dodie   August 4th, 2010 9:38 pm ET

You have the ability to make us laugh! That is one of your hallmarks. I enjoy laughing and reading what others say.

hempster   August 4th, 2010 9:42 pm ET

Larry great show tonight Seth I enjoy all your work my question is has peter stewie and brian ever meet Snoop Dog

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:42 pm ET

The Simpsons still rule Family Guy comes in second Aqua Team is second and Squidbilly's is third .

Mario   August 4th, 2010 9:43 pm ET

Nobody is Peter Griffin but everybody is Peter Griffin....everybody loves his life and hates his attitude, but they all would love to act like him. Peter Griffin is the alter ego of America and the world.

Lenore   August 4th, 2010 9:44 pm ET

I would LOVE to be a voice on The Family Guy. This show is fantastic! I love the genres you portray on the show, I think you have to be born in the 70's to pick up EVERY little joke you say..

Also, Do you love to sing, or just love for your characters to sing?

Keep up the great work!

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:44 pm ET

I quit there all number one .

Mark   August 4th, 2010 9:45 pm ET

Stewie Rules!

I am a conservative, middle aged prosecutor in Texas, and you can't get much more conservative. But great satire is great satire and, while I may cringe from time to time, I won't miss a show!

IKHAN   August 4th, 2010 9:46 pm ET

Hi Larry,
I enjoy watching Family Guy. Who can't use a few laughs these days of hate filled rhetoric flying all around.
Though I admit I wouldn't like my grand kids to watch it.

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:48 pm ET

You would react buy showing Islam that we stand for freedom of speech and stand up for our constitution .

Matthew   August 4th, 2010 9:49 pm ET

How much longer do you plan to keep Family Guy on TV? I love that show!

Sergi   August 4th, 2010 9:50 pm ET

Will you ever make a Larry King character? I hope you do!

Connor   August 4th, 2010 9:50 pm ET

Hi Larry! I am a new writer and the number 1 fan of family guy!! Can you ask seth what his favorite episode was and if he can, will he act a little skeatch of it out? Thanks So Much!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Connor

Aya   August 4th, 2010 9:51 pm ET

Will Seth ever make an episode making fun about cyber bully and the whole 'you dun goofed' drama?

hempster   August 4th, 2010 9:52 pm ET

Mr. Larry King I think sara palin her daughter Bristol and Levi Johnson need to appear on the Jerry Springer show not the Larry King show they are not worth of your fame wisdom and the talented audience of viewers you have they are more Jerry Springer material

Lorri Newstadt   August 4th, 2010 9:52 pm ET

Love to hate Family Guy! Please talk about Herbert, and do his voice; thanks alot!

Charles   August 4th, 2010 9:52 pm ET

Larry, seth macfarlane intrerview is the best I've seen in awhile! Need more interviews of people like Seth, people that have followed there dreams and succeeded. Might give America some much needed inspiration.

Scott Hickey   August 4th, 2010 9:52 pm ET

First, where did the character of Louis come from? and whats whats up with the tension with Brian? Also what color do you use in your hair?

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:54 pm ET

Peter should run for president as an independent .

Michael Armstrong Sr.   August 4th, 2010 9:56 pm ET

Good night Larry thanks for bringing some fun into our lives tonight .

amanda   August 4th, 2010 9:57 pm ET

who cares about south park showing mohammad on their show. yes i understand that it says in the kuran that there cant be any image on mohammad portrayed. but there is a commandment that says we cant make any image of god in christianity, and cartoons like the simpsons have been portraying him as an old balding, bearded man in a white robe for years and nobody's complained about that

Dodie   August 4th, 2010 10:00 pm ET

You have the ability to make us laugh! That is one of your hallmarks. I enjoy laughing and reading what others say.

Justin tibbetts   August 4th, 2010 10:00 pm ET

I don't think family guy ever goes to far they just want to point out the funny things in life. My favorite charcter is brian but stewie,Peter, and quagmire are funnier. GO FAMILY GUY!

adam   August 4th, 2010 10:00 pm ET

Cbow   August 4th, 2010 10:07 pm ET

@EB: Can you ask Seth if he is the creator of the HBO cartoon series Spawn?

That would be Todd McFarlane you are thinking of.

My favorite character has always been Quagmire by Seth MacFarlane. Also like Herbert voiced by Mike Henry, does a great job on the show.

Just A Student   August 4th, 2010 11:28 pm ET

This comment is regarding the question Ben posed during the show about the Tea Party (rather than the question about my favorite character, Stewie). He asked why they were called racists. This shows why it is important for leaders within this country to begin a candid dialogue in order to educate the general population about race.

The Tea Party (in general) does not spew hateful language, make racial slurs, or engage racist acts. However, that is only one type of racism. There are forms of passive oppression, which result in racial inequalities. This oppression is also racism and can easily go unnoticed.

I personally wouldn't call the Tea Party racist, but they are acting in the interest of the oppressive majority. Most of their political ideologies support policies that allow inequalities that often fall along racial lines. The race problems are the byproduct of oppressive policies and not racist intent.

Hayden   August 5th, 2010 12:14 am ET

What religion are you? because it looks like you've bashed every religion out there, just curious.

will z   August 5th, 2010 12:27 am ET

where did you get the idea to do the theme song the way you did?? nowadays theme songs are just a catchy tune. im guessing like the early '90's sitcom theme songs such as family matters.

cindy ledger   August 5th, 2010 12:33 am ET

Family guy is a funny cartoon. And I think seth is super hot! 🙂

TW   August 5th, 2010 12:36 am ET

Since we know for a fact that Stewie wants to bedded by Brian – and Brian has no hope with Lois...

Is Stewie and Brian ever going to get it on?

And for that matter – why is everyone dumping on Brian lately? He's really taken a lot of abuse by everyone else...

Connor Carraway   August 5th, 2010 12:38 am ET

Why is there so much meg hate

S.   August 5th, 2010 12:38 am ET

How does Seth go about casting for the show for random voices of random characters?

Deborah Kelley   August 5th, 2010 12:39 am ET

It takes a certain mentality & sense of humor to watch 'Family Guy' and truly appreciate its irreverence for sensitive issues. That's why we watch it! It breaks down the toughness, the gristle, and make it easier to swallow. Hater's and conservatives always want to make issues more difficult, make them bigger and harder to digest. Love, LOVE, 'Family Guy' and all its characters and writers.

Robert j. lines ii   August 5th, 2010 12:43 am ET

love your show, but am curius as to who or what is inspiration of the actress miss kunis as meg?, keep up the great work !!!

Miss Alice   August 5th, 2010 12:49 am ET

Mr. McFarlane;

What exactly inspired you for each of your characters and their personalities?

Robert j. lines ii   August 5th, 2010 12:55 am ET

the mutant baby stewie, funny is not the word for him, I've had cramps laughing, what is the idea behind him?

Erika Mist   August 5th, 2010 12:56 am ET

Where do you get your ideas for the show?, are you using the characters to speak your mind? does it go deeper than just being funny?

Dodie   August 5th, 2010 12:58 am ET

The Tea party are nothing but a bunch of drones with just a couple of corporate backed individuals spreading rhetoric and propaganda. Its a joke

Bob   August 5th, 2010 1:00 am ET

I will never understand why Larry insists on asking Hollywood types who know nothing about politics their opinions about the Tea Party and other political issues. It's strictly their opinion based on no research on the issues. Keep the politics out of interviews that have nothing to do with politics Larry.

Pat   August 5th, 2010 1:03 am ET

Seems bizarre to have a teenage audience to discuss such a controversial and unseemly TV show.

Robert j. lines ii   August 5th, 2010 1:15 am ET

having lost my mother on feb.5, 2010 I understand your loss mr. mcfarlane, but do keep up the great work, laughter keeps us going and stewie is a BLAST in the lungs, whom can make you laugh till you cry is great!!!, long live stewie griffin!!!!!!!!!!

Joe   August 5th, 2010 3:43 am ET

No one who watches family guy can deny that the show has a talented music team. Seth manages to sing (exceptionally well) in several difference characters' voices. Does he undergo vocal training for these performances, or is his musical training from life before family guy?

Fernando Ballina   August 5th, 2010 3:49 am ET

Seth... Family Guy should go on vacation to Mexico and criticize our lousy goverment !!!! Plz We want more star wars!

Brandi   August 5th, 2010 3:54 am ET

Hi Seth! I just want to share tha I end my day watching fam guy! You guys rock and make me forget about my stresses of the day. Thanks for the laughter. Keep it coming!

Thank you have a great voice. 🙂

Hi larry...please share you would make my day!!!!

Tyler Fowler   August 5th, 2010 3:55 am ET

Noooo. Family Guy is quality comedy. The fact is Seth McFarlane could make many other shows with the same kind of comedy and people would love them just as much. I'd actually like to see him make a spin off with the news crew from Family Guy, or one all about the mayor of Quahog.

Smith in Oregon   August 5th, 2010 5:42 am ET

I'm really disappointed with Mia Farrow putting the screws to Naomi Campbell by literally forcing Naomi to testify against an alleged war criminal and mercenary Charles Taylor.

Mai Farrow alleges Naomi gushed some gossip to her about a huge raw diamond that Charles Taylor allegedly offered/gave to Naomi Campbell. Naomi obviously fearing for her LIFE has refused to state anything whatsoever about the time she met Charles Taylor while Naomi was in South Africa on a completely unrelated tour.

It is entirely crass, callous, uncaring and totally apathetic for Mia Farrow to force Naomi Campbell to travel to the war crimes tribunal and testify against Charles Taylor. I have no idea what prescription drugs Mia Farrow is taking however Mia Farrow has reportedly volunteered to travel to the war crimes tribunal and testify against Charles Taylor in regards to the gossip which she reportedly was told.

Mia Farrow appears to clearly not give a damn nor even rationally think about her future, Naomi on the other hand is fully aware of the distinct possibility's being forced upon her. I feel sorry for Naomi and the serious position she is being placed in. If I were advising Naomi Campbell, I would tell her she has thanks to Mia Farrow no choice but to travel to the war crimes tribunal and on the stand 'Tell them you didn't receive ANYTHING from Charles Taylor period'.

I'm sure Naomi Campbell has already scratched Mia Farrow off of her 'friends' list, no need to remind her of that!

On the stand before the war crimes tribunal today, Miss Campbell said a pair of men she didn't know nor ever met knocked on the door of her hotel room and woke her up late at night after her dinner with Nelson Mandela.

The men, who she had never met, told her “there is a gift for you”. They gave her a “pouch” which she opened the next morning and containing “a few small very dirty looking stones”.

The following morning she joined Carol White, her ex agent, and Mia Farrow for breakfast and told them of the gift. Miss White said the gift must be from Mr Taylor.

The supermodel said she then gave the stones to an organiser of a South African children’s charity.

This seems to entirely squash the notion that Charles Taylor gave her a large blood diamond which brought the war crimes tribunal to issue a subpeona for her to witness and a warning of sentencing her to a 7 year prison term if she failed to appear and testify.

margaret alkire   August 5th, 2010 7:30 am ET

Love, love, love Seth and Family Guy. I think Cleveland is an unfunny show (he's just not clever enough to carry the whole show). What's with Penn Gillete (sp?) giving his seriously unfunny and unwelcome comments. What an arrogant fool and his act with his silent partner – NOT FUNNY. People in Vegas will watch anything as long as they can drink and eat will doing so. One last thing, the Larry King show is filled with commercials – at least 5 every 7 minutes. In fact there is more commercial time than content. Ridiculous, and the reason I never watch it except for Seth McFarlane. I know I should have purchased TIVO,

Cyberene   August 5th, 2010 11:32 am ET

I laugh out loud at least once an episode!

Chere   August 5th, 2010 11:43 am ET

You're too funny. Rudy's daughter supported Obama. Perhaps if she had stayed in her father's camp, she would not have gone astray. You know how it goes, everything for free for the lefties.

IKHAN   August 5th, 2010 1:05 pm ET

Hi Larry,
enjoyed reading what folks are saying.

@Michael Armstrong Sr

What freedom of speech?
Havn't you heard of 'Anti-Defamation League' & laws which could land you in jail or hound you out of your job & career , for saying anything remotely or none at all ant-semitic. Even seth wouldn't dare go there.
Even the good Jews belonging to organizations like J Street & Jewish Voices for Peace are not allowed on the main stream media. Our media is not allowed to get learned people like Naom Chomsky or Horowitz,Philip Weiss,M.J Rosenberg to air their views.
Freedom of speech?

Gail   August 5th, 2010 6:32 pm ET

As a long time Larry King Live viewer, I have to say I have seen my LAST show. Last night's guest, Seth McFarland more than offended me as a grandmother of a mentally handicapped granddaughter. The fact that Larry joined in his laughter and especially the clip with Bill O'Reilly and Sara Palin just sent me over the top. My kids want have to call me at 9:00 PM anymore to bring me back in the real world! I guess I will have to watch Hannity while I wait to Anderson Cooper to come on. I cannot believe in this day when we are being asked to have tolerance for gays, other religions and other races, you people make fun of people with disabilities. I hope you are both forced from a public forum. You would not be so very flip about this topic if your children or grandchildren were among the disabled!!

bernise   August 5th, 2010 10:02 pm ET

you will be the new president that I was waiting for I am tired with the corruption going on in my country it is time for a new haiti a developping Haiti with instability prosperity etc.. my whole family love you

lissa merlien   August 5th, 2010 10:09 pm ET

Go wyclef for Haiti it time for change, the population suffering we need people like you prove they want to help the needee
