AND REGARDING MEL GIBSON. RADAR IS JUST PIMPING. WHO PUT THEM IN CHARGE? WHAT A HORRIFIC EXAMPLE OF WHAT HOLLYWOOD REPRESENTS. I BLAME THE MEDIA WHEN IT COMES TO ALLOWING SUCHTRASH AIR TIME AND THE STENCH IT CAUSES. SOME TV SHOWS ARE AS CORRUPT FOR ALLOWING AIR TIME TO THE PERVERSE. IT'S TRULY SICK.

I am glad to hear Alex is doing so well, however, in circumstances when children, say 13+, have histories of violent behavior, bullying, animal cruelty, etc. I'm sorry to say that as a mother I would in fact want them kept away from other kids. Unfortunately, many of THOSE types of kids tend to be repeat offenders, so I would have to say that trying children as adults would have to go case by case, and is, in some instances, for the protection of the communities. I wish Alex continued success.

i think children shouldnt serve time with adults,children cannot be tried as adults.in some extreme cases of preplaned violence without good reason they should stay locked long time

i would agree with michellel,important is what cause violence,jelousy,money,or else.where they under influence is less important.if there is good reason to act violent they should be treated different

He only murderd his father. Ask him if he remembers the moment his father was murdersd? From the way everyone on your show speak about his fathers murder it was a BLESSING FROM GOD. Thank god his father was murdered you may not of had a show tonight. And the tar balls on the gulf coast would still be on the beach because your young guest who murdered his father would be doing something else, Deepak as well as your adult guest tonight are VERY VERY CONFUSED people.

As much as we need our legal & justice system making sure criminals are prosecuted to the fullest extent, we find the system often to be imature, troublesome and working against us. Can you imagine how much more we all could do to contribute to our society in taking care of our youth, elderly and those with disabilities if we did not have some of the bottlenecks created by the legal system? My wife and I are retired professionals. For many years we have been trying to give our time and love to those in need. However, the system has made it almost impossible. That is the same justice system that would put a 9 year old innocent child in prison with hardcore criminals.

I agree with Jayne Weintraub and Deepak Chopra. A childs life style has been affected with some type of abuse. I disagree with Michellel, if they're put in the Prison System and treated as adults, they will probably end up back in prison. The State of AZ has a young boy who was 8 years old when he shot both his father and his fathers friend. The childs name is:Christian Ryan Romero. PLEASE tell me why an 8 year old would have access to a rifle and have been taken hunting to kill small animals, from at least six years old. Why was the gun not locked up? This child comes from a very small town in AZ, St. Johns. Apache, County. A popultation of 4,000 with some very narrow minded citizens. Judge Michael Roca was dismissed from this case. The childs Constitutional rights No's 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th and 13th were violated, as well as his Miranda Rights. This incident took place in 12/2008 and he was just instutionalized in 1/2010. He served solitary confinement for three months in the St. Johns Jail. He was denied a picture of his mother to visiably see. They brought him to Court in shakels....remember an 8 year old child. I thought that everyone was entitled to Bail. He had been spanked 5 times the night before the incident. He was keeping track of his spankings....he said when I get to 1,000, no further statement on his part.. The video with the two police women was aired on T.V. and the internet and was not suppose to leak to the public. One was only made a Policewoman the day before. There were no adults present, Attorney, or Parent. They interrogated Christian for over 2 hours, convincing him that he had in fact commited the crime. I might add that the Chief of Police left town quickly for another position elsewhere.
Both attorneys convinced him to plea bargain, he had no understanding of what he was doing. They dropped his father's charges, but charged him with negligent homicide for the boarder. Unaffilliated with any other person or group. What about a child who is losing his childhood quickly. The County argued about who would pay for physycological help for the boy.They insisted that Apache County could not afford the debt. Christian, is now in Maricopa County. I just moved to the "magnificent" state of Florida and I'm appalled to find its judicial system is congruously backward as so many other of its functions. Alex, you are my hero. For decades the Archie Bunkers in the Republican Potty have spewed fear and racism among white voters in a depraved strategy to divide America and win elections. And for decades it worked. The same old strategy is still fully in effect but guess what, it's not working.

A majority of American's do not want a return of segregation, deporting black Americans to Africa, deporting brown Americans to Mexico. A majority of American's do not care if their neighbors are Russian or Chinese. The Republican party of digression and war is simply the party of No Future and No Ideas other than spewing fear and racism.

This Guy is part of the Problem not the solution, I say that because he perpetuates the belief that any crime is a result of some prevoius injustice to the perpetrator.

This merely serves to vindicate the perpetrator of their crime, it also plants small seeds in the young minds of wannabe criminals that they too can be violent and / or commit crimes because when they were three their G.I Joe collection was inferior to the collections of their peers.

Plus with so many obused people in this World who are good people who are great family and career people, why do we alsways put on a pedistal those who have commited crimes as some sort of heroes, it's really perverse and disrespectfull to those who were abused but grew into good human beings regardless.

This makes it far easier for individuals to be protected and report financial abuse and corruption by lenders.

Mortgage brokers won't make a higher commission by selling people mortgages that they can't afford. This was a major factor in the recent housing crisis. Now brokers and banks have to take into consideration a borrower's ability to repay before giving a home loan. This would directly head off the enormus corruption that directly led to the housing crisis across America.

You’ll be able to get a free credit score if you’re denied a loan, an apartment, or a job because of your credit, so you won’t be turned down without knowing why. Right now, you get one free credit report a year, but you can’t see your credit score for free, even if a lender or employer rejects your application because you have bad credit. This is the first work at transparency in allowing the individual to actually see the report they are being judged from, no more holding secrets over your head like a club.

No more bailing out banks with American tax dollars, no more "too big to fail." If a company's in trouble because of risky gambles, it will have to liquidate - and do so before it can take down the rest of the financial system. Republican Senators wanted to continue the previous failed system providing a gigantic taxpayer safety net for Wall Street while blocking extended unemployment benefits for the small people.

Eight outstanding achievements in a mere 2 years from the Obama administration:

1. Fixing Wall Street regulations, despite Republican obstructionism. Never again will we have to bail out big banks as too big to fail.

2. Repairing relations with Russia and working towards nuclear arms reductions. For people who think relations with Russia don't matter, pay close attention to the implications with Iran, North Korea and Pakistan.

3. Turning around the economy, from what was predicted to be potentially "worse than the Great Depression" (in the words of Bush's own economic advisors while he was still in office), to a period of gradual growth instead of Europe's stagnation who choose to not use large stimulus funding which the Republican lawmakers advocated. Whew, thankfully the Republican's are not in control.

4. Repairing health care, which will give health insurance to more than 30 million Americans while at the same time reduce long term deficits according to CBO analysis.

5. Moving towards cleaner energy. It is no coincidence that electric cars are coming out that get 200+ mpg ever since oil industry men (Bush/Cheney) are replaced by the Obama administration.

6. The successful management of TARP which is now expected to turn a profit, contrary to all Republican claims and attacks.

7. Forcing a Big Oil corporation to pay for the total costs incurred due to their environmental disaster instead of the Republican party's insistence that American taxpayers pay the bill. The Republican senior Senator on the Energy commission, Joe Barton apologized to BP over Obama's insistence that BP pay all the damages it's Louisiana BP Oil gusher created.

8. President Obama teamed with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has successfully crafted a Nuclear Warhead reduction treaty between America and Russia in a stated goal of continued reductions to zero.

CNN/Larry King, please read my article above about the 8 year old AZ boy who is currently incarcerated. Because so many Constituional laws were broken, as well as The Miranda Rights., is there any Attorney that would investigate this case and take it Pro Bono?
