How sweet! They were brilliant. Michael always loved and mentored children. This is a fitting tribute. I still cannot believe that we are speaking of Michael in the past tense. *sigh* Gone too soon and it still feels like a fresh pain.

I'm not a fan of Oprah's – didn't appreciate her focus on herself and some of her rude questions to Michael- but I felt compelled, once again, to "see" Michael. His grace, his laughter, his honesty, his gentleness, his vulnerability, his talent just mesmerized me. He simply exuded LOVE.

Michael was so right...when I look at BC I see the face of God.
Just knowing that Michael is in heaven with my brother and all the children gone too soon, it brings a sense of serene comfort.
This world was not good enough for such a sweet and gentle and shy and unique human being. We were LUCKY to have been blessed with him, his gifts, and I hope we all continue to be his voice.

I was posting here for six months after that day so painful for the entire world, I needed to keep a distance, was crying in the streets and thinking about Michael Jackson full days, such was the trauma that his death caused me.

Never forget, nor want to forget, even today I feel great sadness at her sudden departure ...

In this blog I feel the presence of Michael Jackson in the hearts of true fans and commentators, so come pay tribute to one year of nostalgia!
Feels like I'm here smiling at his fans who never deserted him.

She is just lovely...I am always smelling her head and feeling her soft hair wisp against my cheek...she is perfection...pure love! I am still getting the hang of things...I will probably be an expert when she goes off to college!!
Patty, I have so many mixed emotions...I feel like crying yet want to jump up and down thanking God for blessing us with Michael even if only for a short time. His legacy will be his children...in the few years he had with them, they have gained more than most children do in a lifetime. How they grow from here will be a testament to Michael's influence...and I know they will do him proud. His legacy will be in how we carry on with his message of hope and of working to make this a better world. His message will be the beautiful works of art he left us...his music, his dance, his short films, his drawings, his smile. I am very pleased to see those 10 year olds singing michael's song and enjoying his music. as all of you said michael would have loved this. this is making me cry. his love and music will live forever and he will be missed forever.

Mother is in LA...she drove past FL, but could not bare to stop...said she felt like she was intruding, which is my mom. She initially said she would not go there, but when in LA felt compelled to go and say goodbye, even though you really never can say goodbye to Michael Jackson. He will live forever in all our hearts.

These children and all the children of the world can be taught to continue to make that change!! It is our job to carry on Michael's message of hope and giving and laughter and love. Heal the world...

One year, I am still in shock!

I haven't posted here in some time.. but I thought today of all days I should leave a comment.

The only words I can think of are "Michael you are truly missed and loved greatly!"

Michael, thank you for a wonderful journey. You are the best. You have brought together people from all over the world in your honor. No other person can say they have accomplished such an act of love as you. There will never be enough words to express the gratitude due to you for everything you have done for this planet, for the children and for your fans.
No matter where the journey leads, I am thankful to have been a part of it. Thankful for the wonderful friends I have made along the way, the bonds we have made came from the love you sent our way. You exemplify goodness, compassion, and love in all you do. Even though I am sure you have had your moments of anger, depression, sadness, you have always composed yourself to show us how to love each other in-spite of the hate, the anger, the devastation. You challenge us to be better, to make a change, to see the world needs us to heal it and ourselves. Today Michael, I do not celebrate the passing of the entertainer, rather the awakening of the world. This day does not change my own personal beliefs. For many, they see it as a day of pain. Today is the date of Michael Suppose to be death, but in my heart I feel that he is very much alive. What a relief to see a lot of you in LKL to mourn together our King of Pop MJ, especially all you the oldies ( the bloggers from a year back). Just can't believe its now a year since MJ tragically passed away.

My deepest sympathies in this day goes mainly to Katherine, Joe, Prince, Paris, Blanket and the rest of the Jackson family. They have to know we are all with them in this special but sad day.

MJ, REST IN PEACE. I LOVE AND TREASURE YOU.
