OMG sounds like he is his own army and suffering from paranoia to boot. Scary stuff here. Maybe he needs to calm down and stay rational.

While the influx of nearly 60 Billion in Cash was recently injected into Greece by the IMF, the sharks smelling blood by using the 'short' option to bet on Greece's economy to fail simply ate thru that and are now going for Greece's throat.

Stock Markets around the world are reflecting the dawning of private organizations and investment firms who appear to be as powerful if not more powerful than the IMF themselves!

Dow Jones investors here in America are shocked by the speed in which the banking to fail sharks ate thru that large cash infusion in Greece and continue eating that countrys economy into the abyss.

The other day I saw a breakdown of the heavy hand of Goldman Sach's which apparently pushed and convinced Greece and many other failed and failing nations to hyper-extend themselves well beyond accepted credit to debt limits. It's funny you don't see anyone talking about Goldman Sach's International involvement in these failures.

Smith in Oregon   May 14th, 2010 12:31 pm ET

During President Obama's public message today he repeated his erroneous notion that BP is going to pay for all the costs to clean up the huge crude Oil spill and damages in the Gulf of Mexico.

Huh? Oil and Gas laws largely written by Republican lawmakers over many decades entirely protect Big Oil, Big Coal and Big on burning fossil fuel Corporations from even 'reasonable' liability for a toxic morass like the one unfolding in the once pristine Gulf of Mexico. American taxpayers are the one's on the hook for this colossal Oil spill, along with 1 Million direct and indirect American jobs.

Even the Coast Guard admiral sounds like a BP pitchman, I wouldn't doubt if he retires shortly and is offered a position on the BP board of directors as a 'favor, wink'.

Coast Guard Admirals word of the day 'Nearly all the Oil has dissipated'.

Viewers should literally gag when you seen trash spin-misters sound off like that. The heavy crude Oil is simply sinking beneath the surface. AND since 50% of it is Asphalt, it certainly will not totally bio-degrade for 30 years or longer leaving a very long lasting toxic chemical poison which the deep Ocean currents will likely sweep thru-out the entire Gulf of Mexico and up the Eastern Seacoast.

I just want to say iam a big fan of T.I. and i love everything he do and i get every cd he put out i get it and iam the same age as him and my b – day is on nov.25.1980 also love u T.I keep doing what u doing and u have pretty kids

Larry Young   May 14th, 2010 1:40 pm ET

I have been watching Ted Nugent recently talk about the NRA and Americans to bear arms. With the United States of America possessing the best equipped military in the world with state of the art armaments etc. why do they have to carry arms individually on the streets (with the right to defend themselves)?

I am a very proud Canadian citizen AND I just don't get it. The Americans soon won't have to worry about foreign adversaries killing them off......... in time with idiotic reasoning such as Mr. Nugent's Americans will kill EACH OTHER OFF.

I think that it would be a novel idea that actors, musicians and other people of entertainment celebrity concentrate on their music and movies etc. By all means express your opinion but don't try to force your often times warped logic on the rest of us for fear that someone might listen.

Shawanda Stewart   May 14th, 2010 2:01 pm ET

Hey T. I. my name is shawanda i just want to say iam a big fan of yours. and i love everything u do and i get every cd u had out. and iam the same age as u and my b-day is nov.25 also love u and keep doin what u doin and u have a nice club and ur kids r so cute.

@Smith in Oregon
again on the mark.
Somehow the public is not paying attention to this aspect, in fact the whole Goldman Sachs fiasco has been swept under the carpet. Goes to show the influence they have.
The same with the Gulf Oil Spill, the crisis which is expanding in magnitude without any immediate hope of containment. Again as you pointed out the influence of the Oil & Gas behemoths comes into play.
Try breaking their hold & you become culpable for 'socialism'.
Another vital issue in today's news is the President asking for $ 200 plus million for Israel in addition to the $3 billion we the American tax payers dole out to them every year. You'll see that the Congress would happily sign the check without any regard to the needs of the American public & tax payers say in the matter.
We the American public don't need that money or what we are spending on wars, we are fine with what's going on with our economy.
This folks is the extent of the influence & power hold of that country over our country.
I would as an American, say no emphatically to this. Now is the time to see who are the people in our corridors of power with 'dual loyalty'.

Harvey J. Garza   May 14th, 2010 3:14 pm ET

To me, T.I. got off easy in respects to his Prison Incarceration . . . T.I. stated to you (Larry King) that he served One Year and One Day in Prison, with Five Years Probations. T.I. layed out a Story of His Trials and Tribulations. T.I. demeanor was one of a honest, truthful, innocent individual. Wealth and Celebrity once agains minimizes the Gravity of a Federal Offense (A Crime). Having been employed as a State Correctional Officer, as well as a State Corrections Counseler . . . I know the gamut of crimes, the inmates who state that they are Innocent and Victims of Society, the violence by the use of a firearm, and the Sentences handed down to the Particular Offender. I Personally Know Working Class Individuals that Possessed Guns Illegally, and those Individuals who without reservation used them to Kill another Human Beings. EXAMPLE:: I felt empathy for the working class (Poor) Inmate that Received a Sentence of Ten Years with No Chance of Parole for Shooting another man who Cold Caulked Him (to wit: Violently Struck this Man) . . . this Inmate told me that he carried a .357 Magnum Revolver (for Protection?); and that when he was Violently Knocked Down, He Drew his gun and shot his Assailant. The Assailant lived. And this Person was Tried and Convicted for (1) Manslaughter and (2) Carrying a Concealed Weapon. As a Former Federal Law Enforcement Officer/Agent I See and Deal with Federal (State, County & Local) Violations of the Law. NOTE: While tuning in to your interview with T.I.; Callers had Nothing But GOOD to say to T.I. Your Callers to your Interview with T.I. Praised Him for his musical talent as a Rapper; and a Purported Accolades to his Role as a Father. NOTE: Maybe I missed a Callers Comments to T.I.; But I Didn't Hear One Person Who Was Critical of T.I. Propensity for Violence: A Total Disregard of the Law. BOTTOM LiNE: T.I. should have received Four to Five Years in Prison, With No Chance for Parole (Forget About "Good-Time"). As the Old Cliche goes: "If You Can"t Do The Time; Don't Do the Crime". LASTLY: SEE the following Court Case that's Similar to T.I. Case: United States of America Plantiff-Appeller v. Wendell ARDOIN, Defendant-Appellant No. 93-4272 United States Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit April 6, 1999. Professionally I'am a Criminologist; with a Minor in Sociology.

gerald Jolly   May 14th, 2010 3:18 pm ET

@ Shawanda Stewart.

You cannot believe how happy you have made T.I. feel.

Imagine being so fortunate as to have a great fan like you that loves guns and drugs as much as he does.

By the way, have you spent time in jail or prison???

Smith in Oregon   May 14th, 2010 3:46 pm ET

@ Harvey J. Garza, only 4 or 5 years for possessing fully automatic machine guns (plural) and silencers for them? I beg to differ, however TI only got a year? I do agree the standard Federal time on this crime is far longer and some intervention between TI and US Justice must have taken place, however Harvey J. Garza, what in your experience and knowledge would be a standard Federal sentence for TI's crime?

Some locals were tricked by a FBI agent into manufacturing a couple silencers and suppressors for him. I believe he even supplied the blue prints. That was nearly 10 years ago and they are still serving their Federal Prison sentences for using their machine shop on the side to provide the undercover agent what he wanted, go figure!

IKHAN   May 14th, 2010 4:03 pm ET

@ Larry Young
you have every right to be proud & what you say is greatly expressive of what most thinking Americans feel.
Would you in Canada imagine your law makers allowing carrying of guns in parks, schools & even churches or for that matter lawmakers in any civilized country to enact such insane laws. Well here we do.

gerald Jolly   May 14th, 2010 4:33 pm ET

@ Larry Young.

You are so "RIGHT ON" that it's scary.

Imagine walking down a main street in Toronto, and have a drive by car shooting up the street.

Sounds to me a lot like DODGE CITY and WYATT EARP in the old days, dont you think.

Chian Saw   May 14th, 2010 5:12 pm ET

Dear Larry:

If BP can drill for oil successfully for oil in the Gulf, they must have technology already to have a shut off valve. It should not cost much more.

Stacy   May 14th, 2010 6:49 pm ET

I truly enjoyed Larry King Live w/T.I. last night. It's good to see a young black man turn his life around and try to help young people from making some of the mistakes that he has in his past. I was already a fan but even more so now. Thanks Larry for the diversity on your show.

marlena   May 14th, 2010 7:26 pm ET

Jessie from Auckland, NZ   May 15th, 2010 12:54 am ET

What gives these people the right to arm themselves to the T. Are they above it all, so they think. Yeah right. Get rid of the attitude. Humble yourselves before your God. Find God in your life, he can help you, don't make rap your God.

Jessie from Auckland, NZ   May 15th, 2010 1:06 am ET

@ Larry Young May 14th, 2010 1:40 pm ET

Well said. What is society coming to one wonders. Lot of the youth have no respect for anyone. They are a God unto themselves. I just don't know.

Jessie from Auckland, NZ   May 15th, 2010 2:50 am ET

Christopher L. Nash   May 16th, 2010 12:42 am ET

I believe that who you are determines how you are judged in society. Sometimes its a black/white, Jew/Gentile, male/female issue. But we have to keep the fact in mind that we all are human and that we make mistakes. Everything we go through is a lesson to learn. We can not let our status determine who we are and what we do. We have to stand up for the things that are right. The things that make us, US.
