April 5, 2010 Michael Jackson's doctor due in courtPosted: 02:25 PM ET
Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray, is due in court Monday on an involuntary manslaughter charge stemming from the King of Pop's sudden death last June. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Peter Espinoza is expected to set a date for a hearing to determine if there is enough evidence to require the 57-year-old doctor to stand trial on the felony charge filed Feb. 9. Murray pleaded not guilty to the charge. A representative of the California Attorney General's Office is also set to ask the judge to prevent Murray from practicing medicine in California while the criminal case is pending.
