Report: Sandra Bullock has left her husband, Jesse James

Posted: 08:07 AM ET

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are not living under the same roof right now.

The actress left the Southern California house she shares with James just days before a report of infidelity by her husband surfaced, a source tells PEOPLE.

Bullock, 45, left on Monday, the source says. Bullock, who won her first Oscar – a Best Actress award – for The Blind Side on March 7, also abruptly canceled a trip to Europe for the London premiere of the film.

Bullock and James, 40, met in 2004 during a tour of the set of the Discovery Channel's Monster Garage, which James starred in.

Who cares?
Sandra Bullock, at best a mediocra actress, has no importance.
She winning the Oscar shows it is all politics, no talent needed.

Jesse James is known for "quick draw" expertise." A bad hombre."
Uh-Oops. Sorry I got the wrong Jesse(that was the legendary Jesse

still me just a new name   March 18th, 2010 12:22 pm ET

So sad....after she showed the world at the Oscars how much she loves her hard she fought for Jesse's child...I hope they work things out...they are after all a family.

@Still Me(You-lol)
You are very compassionate and forgiving. I wish most of all
were like that. A marriage can only be saved when the couple
tries earnestly with heart and soul to save the marriage without
recriminations, restitution and retribution. The couple has to try
to solve their differences between the two of them free of the
pressure of society around them. Friends, family and the public
(including lawyers, religious and support groups ) usually screw
things up more than help at the beginning contributing with ill
advice. Who was around to give advice and support when
the couple first me and fell in love? Most of the time none of the
two were referred(recommended) or enticed to become a couple.
It was love and attraction of the body and mind who took them
to "union path," and they did alone without the help of family and
friends . After they became serious is when social circles got
involved as a commnity. If they didn't need any help to elope
why do you believe that help is important to keep them together?
Unless domestic violence is present or suspected to be part
of the problem, let them work out their differences without taking
negative action(sides). I believe that the main obstacle for
reconciliation is the "politics of separation" caused by outside
interference versus the severe blow caused by infidelity and
other indiscretions. Love and reunifification may be salvaged
from a rocky foundation if the parites concerned are willing to
forgive and forget without too much prejudice and bias. If love
was born and raise from nothing how can it die so sudenly?
Even if the walls of a bulding collapse but the pilars are intact,
the building may be reconstructed. "Love can only die when
you kill the pilars of its foundation, not from shaky walls.(LBR)

Good English Ted.

I thought Sandra Bullock looked aged and stressed on Oscar night and wondered if she had a ongoing disease or crisis in her life.

My comment was erased and deleted by the AC360 folks, go figure!

@A. Smith,
AC360 is very strange. I think the moderator just makes decisions based on his/her personal opinions. Too bad.

Thank you, Wayne.

Cannot understand why Jesse James would turn to an inked- up woman for a short time fling ,and risk losing such a beautiful and talented lady as Sandra. She can do a lot better. Fate put her on the monster garage set and has now started to rescue her. Unless she was ignoring Jesse James, or there was some bad issues we do not know about, I think he made a mistake, and maybe needs the experience of losing such a beautiful wife to propel him out of his immaturity. He seems like a guy of 40 who still wants to be a teen.

You may be correct with your insight(hypothesis). Either she
was not taking care of the house(too involved with acting that
brought her the award but she forgot about about her husband
who got involved with womeone else, or he could haveastrayed
Heaven to hell. We will never know what is goes" behind closed
doors We may never know the entire story even if it was told by

truth to protect our egos and future legal ramifications. If they did
love each other once, I wish them a prompt reconciliation.
(I didn't not see a big response on this blog. I guess people are
getting tired of the same?.
