Hi Larry,
what our VP said during his recent visit to Israel really should make Americans wonder. He said that he would rather be a Zionist.
Well Mr.Vice President from one tip of this blessed US of A to the other we are all Americans & nothing but & proud to be so. Who ever says that he or she would rather be something else better be some place else.
Its another matter that he got a "in your face" from the Israeli govt by their announcement of more illegal settlements in occupied territories.

I & all Americans I'm sure would call themselves Americans first anywhere on this planet.

Vice President Biden says that he was just being a comedian and acting out.. But he always seems to be in such euphoric state. And if the Democrats are all about spending money and creating jobs.. How come then did they not hire Wanda Sykes, Snoop Dogg, or somebody to tell the jokes? It must be because Obama was away.. Had he been there...!

Thousand's of comedian's out of work and Mr. V.P. is hacking away at their base. Well it's a free country.....yea right. It cost's the taxpayer every time anyone in government even expels their flatulence, verbal or anal wise.

I haven't seen the VP making any trip's to the Senate to make his presence and, at least attempt, to sway, even a few, to vote for the healthcare bill. He is the leader of the band there.

Maybe, one of his joke writer's could come up with a gut wrenching grin to appease one staunch Republican to fall out of his chair and make a choice on behalf of those who endorsed him.

When did this god-awfull trend begin when politicians felt the need to publicly be stand-up comedians? There's enough unintended humor coming out of Washington.

Joe has a good sense of humor. But this press party stand up stuff doesn't hack it for me. Bring back the days that we didn't ask politicians to be stand up comedians. If they could just do an adequate job as elected officials we will be more than happy.

Joe, ole humorous one. what the heck are you doing a comedy gig? You already have a full time job. Are you planning for the future? Do you know something we do not? I felt like a disoriented bird with the world turned up side down and on its side.....

Ted   March 19th, 2010 8:37 am ET

Joe Biden sees the future, no second term for them, so he is practicing a new job!

His saying in Israel that he wants to be a Zionist is equal of saying in Germany, he would rather be a Nazi!!
Both are fascists, putting a certain group of people over all other.
The nazis propagated the Aryans to be the chosen people, the Zionists say the same about the jews. One is not better than the other.

Joe, the israelis peed on you and you took it smiling! That shows how much do they value and admire us, the superpower who wants to run the world and how gutless our politicians are.
Obama, Clinton, Biden, they all trying to play it down saying, although it was pee, but is was pee from the chosen ones, therefore something to treasure.
Joe, next time you go they may have a diarhhoea!!

Say what you want about V.P. Joe Biden, but no one can deny that JOE BIDEN is the HERO for the working class in America.

With all his gaffs and mistaken statements, the one thing you can count on with JOE is HONESTY.

America is a better place because of Joe Biden.

MY HERO, and the HERO of the common man.

IKHAN   March 19th, 2010 12:54 pm ET

@Gerald Jolly

well that remains to be seen.If & when the working class 's lot improves.

However what passed during his visit to Israel is a slur on our country's independence & stature. The Vice President of US of A grovelling before those who take us to be a big docile milking cow to milk & kick whenever they so please , is something every thinking American should ponder.
