This just shows how easy it is to spread rumors, hoaxes and lies. Michael dealt with this his whole life, even now in death he is still dealing with it. I believe Michael was dead at the time paramedics were called to his home......"not breathing", "no pulse", not much different.

A beLIEver on whatever planet they live on poorly designed an "ambulance aduio" that was sold to the SUN tabloid that was released.... Now the beLIEvers, the same ones who created the tape- are trying to PROVE that they were right, but were forced to engage in tasteless behavior because the credibility of the of Believers belief system is dropping quickly...

Yes of course, Michael was deceased long before the the paramedics even arrived to his home. There are multiple cropped photos, audios, videos, etc., that are available to manipulate an audience. You are correct- now it is Michael Jackson's family and his children that will have to defend him tooth and nail. I suppose his family for generations to come will have to do the same.

@LOLA- Hi... I remember you blogging a very long time ago, and I now I can understand why you do and many others do not come back that often. This place is a like a washed up diner with the "beLIEvers" sitting around smoking non-cancerous tabacco (because cancer is a hoax too) and drinking their hot coco and diet cokes. I don't even know what a beLIEver is- I believe Michael is gone- so doesn't that make me a believer? Why am I an infidel?

Ha! that;\'s funny..I know what you mean. I don't pay any attention to them. I scan the blog for pfeople I know are worth reading such as yourself, Anne, Jan, coco, Gerald Jolly, Paay Anderson and Patty from Ny and others I may have forgotten. People with intelligence and that are sadened by Michael's loss and overwhelmed by the injustice of it all.

Frankly this news about the record I am not surprised.
So I not only believe but just once convinced of the fact that Michael is alive rather than vice versa.

lola – That theory does not work because propofol is so short acting. You cannot give an extra dose to keep him asleep longer. It needs to be a continuous infusion of a steady dose on a machine that controls the drip rate.

The audio may be a hoax, but it reflects the reality of what the paramedics found when they go to Holmby Hills. The real hoax is the one Conrad Murray played on the paramedics forcing them to try to resuscitate a patient who had been dead for quiet some time.

The lack of the machine to control the drip rate allowed him to get an overdose and since CM was doing whatever he was doing instead of watching MJ breathe, MJ died.

We knew 8 months ago the ambulance footage was a hoax with no sirens, lights, no paparazzi (except for very good friends) even after being parked there for 45 minutes. Good to see them admit so quickly that this new tape from the paramedic is a hoax although we knew that when it first surfaced last week. We know the charges against Murray are a hoax because they don't exist according to the penal code and completely cancel each other out (and disclaimer at the DA's website covers them). We know the court appearance was a hoax since you cannot be arraigned before being charged, all brilliantly directed by Michael. Courtroom set up backwards, no required flags, no required seals, and nameplates to tell everyone where to sit and of course The Wiz yellow toy (thinking of you) taxi cab. We know everything listed at lasuperior court is a hoax through thorough research (and the disclaimer at the website covers them). You can lead a horse to water... 🙂

That gave me chills...yes he was 'swimming' in propofol...so heart wrenching. God, I hate to think what actually happened to Michael that morning. Poor Michael...oh, it just makes me feel ill.

Whatever CM was doing, it wasn't what the standard of care for propofol administration requires, and he killed Michael Jackson with a propofol overdose. Even if his slimy lawyer can find someway with some entertainment company's help to get him off, the whole (sane) world knows it is the truth.

The autopsy was confirmation enough for some sane 'believers' to finally come to the realization Michael is dead. Some even realized the truth after Murray was arrested. The 911 call is not a fake. But look at the youtube video of 'Michael' getting out of the back of the ambulance...found out to be faked. Same as with this recording.
The paramedic and firefighter that were involved in the incident say the recording is fake...but not the fact they took Michael Jackson to the hospital.

Murray is an animal- he pumped enough drugs into Michael to put down a small zoo. He was completely reckless and disregarded a human life. Murray's eyes were the last eyes that Michael looked into before he drifted off into his own private wonderland, never to wake up again.... Murray should receive a life sentence just for giving himself the right to be the last human contact that Michael ever had.

Yes Anne. Absolutely.......and he lied about the amount he gave Michael at first because he knew he overdosed him. But, why? just an accident? the other sedatives only helped depress his breathing as well and added to the danger of the propofol, especially since Michael was left unattended. It seems he wanted Michael out cold for a long period of time and did not want to be bothered having to sit over his sleeping body.

Larry King is partly to blame for misleading with the title, however, most of the believers do not read the articles anyway, as it is not in their belief system. I think one of the "Believer's Commandments" is : I shall not believe anything in writing. another one is: I shall only believe in youtube videos that his convenient in my favor, even though really deep down inside I know it look totally false and questionable.

Personally, just my own opinion, I believe that MJ's OWN security team destroyed the tapes so they were not found responsible for aiding criminal behavior. MJ's security team had access to the entire interior and exterior of MJ's home and I'm confident they were aware of what "was going on"... All of the oxygen tapes, the late night calls, etc. I'm sure they saw multiple pieces of evidence and I'm sure have their own eye witness accounts. As Michael's security detail, they are responsible for Michael's safety. Once Michael was discovered deceased (by his own security team member), he probably ordered the security tapes destroyed so the security team wouldn't be associated or blamed for any of the "unsafe" behavior that was taken place- because as I said, the security team was responsible for Michael's safety and he was failed- big time. Regarding the propofol- I'm not quite sure what possessed Murray to give Michael propofol to even BEGIN with, let alone for six weeks, then to report that he thought MJ was developing an addiction to it (you either are or you are not- you can't be "in the middle" with this) so he fed him more is so beyond comprehension. That's like giving a diabetic who is about to slip into a diabetic coma a piece of cake becaus they have a taste for chocolate and they wanted it. Doesn't make any sense. If Murray did leave the scene, yes, he would have been charged with multiple other crimes and yes, be doing much much more than four little years (which he probably will not get anyway)...

I get what you are saying about the constant drip of propofol. But, I can't help but feel Murray is hiding something bigger due to his odd behavior at the hospital and the amount of drugs found in Michael's body. We may never know the truth, but Murray is definitely guilty of murder. All the pieces do not add up.

Could be right, since the security team were probably the only ones who knew where the tapes were kept and would have access. But, why would they be protecting Murray? it wasn't their place to interfere in Michael's medical procedures..they are not responsible. I think Murray acted alone. Perhaps for his own selfish reasons, Murray wanted to knock Mj out for as long as he could that morning for whatever reason.......

One more thing I would like to point out Michael Jackson was not intermented at Forest Lawn Michael was put in a mausoleum,big difference.Interment is to bury underground.To entomb is to put in a vault like setting above ground.

No, I don't believe AEG/SONY set Murray up to do their dirty work. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, I do not believe on any level it was premeditated murder. He would never pass judgment on fans, due to what they believe or what they don't believe. The fact that someone would suggest otherwise is greatly mistaken. I think Murray acted alone. I think the only role AEG/Sony played was to pay his salary- that's it. As far as conspiracy- never made sense to me. Michael had not made a record in almost nine years- he really wasn't "worth that much" in the industry- certainly not like he was in the Thriller hayday. It would have made more sense to "murder" Michael in an era such as Bad- right after Michael generated all the revenue like he did with Thriller. There was no guarantee that Michael would have been successful as AEG would have liked him to be. To murder MJ over a 50 concerts for a movie? And a movie that was only out a month? No.
I don't think Murray was trying to get Michael "more addcited".. There aren't really levels- You are, or you aren't. With benzos- you will die without them if your physically addicted to them (just like alcohol) you will suffer deadly withdrawals and your brain will seize when the chemical is missing. (Benzos change your brain chemistry and so does alcohol). How long Michael was addicted to benzos- ??? I really do not know. Could have been months- or even years. Benzos when taken regularly will not affect your behavior or your moods. It's when you take benzos to achieve a mind-altering affect that is quite dangerous. It's hard for me to gage a timeline. I know I saw his concert announcement last March- Well....I think it speaks for itself. But none of that is even relevant. Michael was the responisibility of Murray. Period. Murray began Michael's medication regimen and was responsible for modifying it, if necessary instead of letting Michael write his own treatment plan including prescription medication suggestions. What is that all about? Did Murray skip the course "When it's NOT okay to give into your patient demands"..
AEG/Sony/Murray and multiple others neglected Michael. But it was greed and selfishness on their (Michael's people) that killed him.

I think MJ was worth more dead than alive to AEG/Sony. They knew he was not capable of completing that many concerts...Michael knew this himself. I know the meds were a struggle for him for many years...admittedly even in 2007...so that worked against him. But the saturation of propofol in his system...that is very hard to reconcile with. I think you misunderstood me. Of course Michael was worth alot in many ways. However, AEG was not in a position to guess how much Michael was worth after being out of the spotlight after several years- I'm suggesting it would have been foolish to plot murder on those stakes given the time line- not the talent and the brillance behind Michael's career. We, as fans, know how much Michael is worth- as a human. But AEG had no tools to measure the success of the concerts before they were announced (this is why I put "worth that much" in quotation marks, as to assume their thinking not mine).

I know what you're saying, but it just sticks in me that AEG/Sony were somehow involved. AEG will not profit directly from the catalogue, but Branca is one of the execs in charge on MJ's estate...and the catalogue. And Branca is still connected with Sony. AEG/Sony have become 'brothers' since MJ's death...just makes me go hmmmmmmmmm. And the profits from the movie were more than had they lost on canceled concerts...in addition to the tickets fans purchased and decided to keep, etc. And who knows if MJ would have allowed the footage to be made into a film...he was going to use it for his own personal use. IMO AEG hired CM to give MJ whatever it took to get him on stage and rehearsing regardless of harm to his own physical health if he was not really well enough to be on stage. In the process CM recklessly killed MJ as alleged by the state of California on Feb 8 which should have been 2nd degree murder to me. Then AEG callously turned around a made a huge profit from the death of their own superstar and set off a firestorm of media coverage of MJ as a "drug addict" to cover their own role and responsibility for his death. They treated him when alive as though he were a "commodity" and are treating his death like "collateral damage." Randy Phillips was praised throughout the business for making such great business deals that AEG not only did not lose any money on its investment when MJ died but actually made a huge profit. MJ was never a human being to these people. He was a thing to make money off of. AEG are vultures. Allowing someone to be in a situation where they could be die or be killed by recklessness is just as bad as a murder conspiracy to me. Conrad Murray could not have killed MJ as alleged if AEG had not agreed to pay his salary to pump him full of meds. He would not have done it for free. He did it for the money.

Unless you have the original legally signed contracts between AEG and Michael, it is all just opinions and speculation ..... we know squat....really.

I totally agree...IMO Michael seeked someone who want to be friends with him for who he was not what he was...Michael was a human being in need of a true friendship...But he kept finding people who wanted to be his friend because he was MICHAEL JACKSON, the entertainer,the artist,the dancer...how I wish he woud have found someone who would be there for him as a friend to talk to about his children... his home...the water balloon fight of the day before, the birthday cake he had in surprise for a birthday celebration...etc....Ok this is just MHO...not fact.

It just breaks my heart for him. He must have felt so lonely in a room filled with people...because the room was filled with people he was paying. All human beings need friends...human contact that is unconditional. Other than his children, even his family needed him for support. Like some of you have said, it's wise to skip all the bull that is manufactured by the "believers" and to focus on what the tried and true, relevant bloggers are saying. Carie- You raised some good points. I do not know who is paying Murray's bills, however, I do not think AEG is. No one could be paying the bills- Are you kidding me? The man accused of killing Michael Jackson? There are multiple attorneys who would jump at that chance to represent the case pro bono (I of course do not know if this is the arrangement) just on the popularity of the case alone to gain exposure for their firm or their own name. Or perhaps, Murray has a "payment plan"??? Not sure where all of his crew is appointed from. I assumed that since Murray agreed to do a "one time" TV special (or something similar to that, the story was never really clarified) that he would take the funds from that and any "additional" footage to support his legal fees. I agree with Anne- Michael was taken advantage of and was not recognized or treated like a human being by AEG or Sony- he simply was a monopoly to earn hundreds of millions of dollars- so I suppose everyone wins... but do they really? The pressure, the stress, the anxiety- was the investment worth the return? Well, of course not. I just do not believe that a few years of posthumous CD sales and a concert that never was would rake in the revenue if MJ was alive. There was so much more than the concerts- MJ wanted to do movies, a very liquid stock, all of his unreleased and unproduced music, perhpas commercials, art, theme parks, the possibilities are endless, but when someone like Michael dies, it is final. The only profits people like AEG/SONY can reap from is from what MJ has already produced. I like John Branca. I think he is a square guy. He has always been fair to Michael Jackson and Branca was the one that MJ hand selected to control his financial empire for the rest of his life until someone else is prepared to take over and MJ trusted John to whom that may be. His ties to Sony are irrelevant when it comes to MJ's money and loyalty. Branca does not get paid hourly, so even all the blood, sweat and tears that the two Johns silently invest will go unrecognized by many so this will result in several individuals not understanding why the two Johns are requesting an increase in their fees. If they are protecting the financial future of MJ3- and MJ wanted him to do it- I say let him have the increase. I think everyone tends to forget how complicated Michael's legal life was on various platforms and now Branca & Inc. are responsible for overseeing the entire "other end". Additionally, I do not think that AEG/Sony could outwit the FBI, the LAPD, the DEA and multiple other investigators. Not one shred of hard evidence has ever been traced back to AEG or Sony that would warrant an arrest. For some reason, Randy Phillips and Kenny Ortega do not strike me as the kind of guys that would successfully pull the wool over the eyes of the FBI/LAPD homicide and robbery division with their musical background. Doesn't make sense and it's not adding up. Again, just Murray and his grandiose way of thinking and his motive to play God with another life...

Well, I see the war continues. So sad. Can't we just let everyone believe what they choose to believe? Unless you have the original legally signed contracts between AEG and Michael, it is all just opinions and speculation ..... we know squat....really.

It is interesting though that these types of agreements can be kept confidential but yet his autopsy report and various versions thereof are all over the internet, which reports are vital "evidence" for Murray's "trial". Certainly I would not want to be working with the prosecution on this case – to many embarrassing loopholes.

"The medical expert will not be allowed to divulge the contents of the medical records publicly, the judge said." I mean, seriously? The autopsy can be released, and all sorts of things are public and all over the internet, but Mr. Joseph's expert isn't allowed to publically comment? Mike didnt die at 2:26, officially in the hospital only because a Dr had to call it that way. In real life Mike died around 730am.

OJ's trial was the "trial of the century" in the 90's so now, Michael Jackson's trial will be "the trial of the century" in this new millenium and will take no prisoners. Everyone is going down if it does go to trial- On the DA's side Murray will be battered and buried and on the Defense's side Michael will no look like no angel either. (but I believe we know better). I wasn't aware that Sony was in dire straits financially- As far as I was aware, they were a multi-billion dollar empire that continues to generate more money they know what to do with. IMHO, if they were that deep in the hole financially, MJ would not have pulled them out single handedly- Sony would need revenue from multiple artists to complete this task, but I haven't heard anything about Sony verging bankruptcy (Unless I skipped a huge piece which isn't impossible, because there is just so much to keep up with). It would only make sense to me that if MJ was not comfortable with Branca overseeing his financial empire, he would have changed it since his last update. Michael, I would imagine, would never allow a lapse in legal structure where his money or his children are involved. IMHO. "Let it simmer"... OH, I agree about the tapes- I would only hope they would recover, but just like everything else in Michael's life when he needed someone or something it mysterously disappeared then reappeared on Youtube 20+ years later. I think MJ's security detail destroyed the tapes for fear they may be associated with criminal activity. Gone is that big piece but even rats leave the smallest trail of breadcrumbs... Let's keep our fingers crossed and have plenty of blue tissue in stock.

It is sad that Michael had to give up power of attorney at times, usually one will do this when they are not capable of making decisions, so I don't even want to visit that place emotionally right now. Gene, Murray is currently only charged with a crime that carries a maximum penalty of 4 years. I don't think a life sentence is going to be a sentencing option and for all we know at this point in time, Murray may waive his right to a jury trial in favor of having his fate decided solely by the judge. We will have to see what happens next at the preliminary hearing.

@Anne...even if the jury watched VH1 and even if the jury found Murray guilty and he's toast...he is only charged with a crime that carries a maximum sentence of 4 years. Now if the charges were amended....that would be another story.

I think so too. The program was definitely geared toward MJ's favor and portrayed Murray as guilty. Also, Ian Halperin was on there and suddenly – he is now sad about MJ's death. Would have liked to see that compassion in his stories about MJ when MJ was still alive. HAd to watch Apolo skate so I missed the first five minutes.
