I just graduated from the University of Florida, College of Pharmacy. My husband and I are Staff Pharmacists for major companies. We do have any student loans or credit card debt. We $150K on our primary residence and $100 on a beach condo. Should we pay off these mortgages early or take our time due to our high income and tax brackets?

I have been on home modification for one year, and country wide home loans turned over to bank of america, and at this point i dont know where i stand. what can I do?
