Larry, my question is this:

Why is American Taxpayers spending 100 Billion dollars per year in Afghanistan, while multiple States are teetering close to bankruptcy, and being forced to cut back on essential services to their residents?

Please ask Romney how can a man that was raised filthy rich know about the hardships of day to day life?

As Romney how he can sleep when he was making MILLIONS off of people loosing their jobs? I am one of those people that lost my job because of one of his LBO's

How can america respect a man that thinks that he will be God of his own world? How can the President be president if he isn't allowed to Swim on a Sunday? Is he not going to work on Sunday as his church wants people to?

How can he think that "Trickle down" economics work when it doesnt make it down to the actual worker?

Why does this man think that the answer to every problem is the Unions?

How can this think he could be president since he has NEVER EVER had hardship?

One more question, How can this man look in the eye of the MA voters and say he is a resident when he was covering up the FACT that his wife went to UTAH for Drs to help with her MS?? He covered up that fact ad LIED ABOUT IT

WHY aren't any of Romneys FIVE sons in the Military ?....

The state I live in is on the verge of bankruptcy and will probably be handing out IOUs again. The county I reside in has slashed Social services to the bone; fostering numerous unidentified children being abused. Our Probation department, Sheriff’s department have had massive layoffs allowing many more criminals to flex their bad behaviors. Our Jails currently have a skeleton crew. I would not be surprised if we start experiencing many criminal escaping or riots. Our mental health department is in shambles. There is NOT enough money to help the poor mentally ill; thus, many are now on the streets actively psychotic. Our Public Health department is working around the clock with not enough staff.

I expect many more deaths, criminal activity and catastrophic medical problems due to all the shortages. Our infrastructure is a mess. Our highways, bridges and dams all need work. Yet we continue to drain this country with war based on “fear” in a country that has been established Al-Qaeda is no longer there.

Has anyone thought that we are playing into Bin Laden, Al-Qaeda's hand by continuing to drain America of its resources???

Thanks, Larry, for having Mitt Romney on the panel. He is an outstanding businessman. As for his sons not being in the militayry, I wasn't aware that anyone's child was there for any reason other than choice. If there were a draft and all of his sons were overlooked, that might be a different story. McCain's son is in the military; haven't heard anyone praise that. Hopefully tonight can be a good discussion about what we can do with unemployment and not another night of the usual political bashing.

@Dodie, you are absolutely right in your observations and assessment on the ever widening impact that severe lack of adequate funding to the States has on its residents.

Given the horrific economic state with many States teetering on the brink of Bankruptcy, flooding them with cheap Heroin from Afghanistan while draining 100 Billion taxpayer dollars from them seems a very poor and corrupt approach to true Homeland Security.

President Obama needs to do what former President Reagan did, continuously blame the previous administration. Although Reagan gutted many social services and flooded the streets with mental patients that were pushed out of mental hospitals when their funding was cut by Reagan, how ironic it was a terrible mental disease that put the skids on his later life.

President Obama needs to continuously tell the American people, it is not his fault and continuously work to put America back on the road of prosperity. Many Americans are on the rough road of mere survival and some of them are going to steal and take part in unthinkable crimes as a direct result.

If you are an American Company Liscensed in the USA. Bring all the jobs home, & create jobs here, its the Patriotic thing to do. They & we ask our troops to give more, their lives. American Companies take care of Americans first

We have tried to modify our mortgage and we get the run around. We have three kids and two dogs. I have tried to look for additional work to no avail. My husband has a full time job, and he owns his own business. His business did take a hit with the recession, and he is continually trying to promote what he does to help keep the roof over our heads. If I could ask one thing it would be how to get the mortgage company to work with you when you are not running from paying the mortgage, and just need some relief in the amount owed until you are in a better financial standing? Is that wrong to ask?

Please ask Romney why corporations who are paying their executives millions of dollars a year in pay and bonuses need tax credits to higher more employees? They'll just take breaks and pocket the money!

Please ask Romney also what he things about JP Morgan stating he would never lend money to a corporation that pays its highest paid employee more then 20 times what the lowest paid employee makes. He would consider such a corporatation an unstable corporation.

I'm trying to understand why "Larry King Live" would permit Mitt Romney to spout off that long iitany of failed and unpatriotic Republican rhetoric. I can't think that you, Larry, were particularly happy with it. You somewhat listlessly asked a few challenging questions but made no further response to his answers.

THere is a quick solution to "JOB CREATION"

Look at the model from our friend to the north.

They implemented a program called "OSAP" (ONTARIO STUDENT ACTION PROGRAM) and created over a million new jobs in just three years.

The beauty of the program was that young people were given the opportunity to intern for jobs they would otherwise not be qualified to do, and after a training period of one year they were both qualified and more employable and most wound up working for the same companies as fully vested employees by those same companies that offered them the training with a 50% wage subsidy proviided by the government for the period of one year.

Has Obama considered the 2 new Economic Balloons that he has unleashed for fermentation? One being the “Stimulus Plan” of his own hands? And the other by proxy via the Chinese?

Romney is a NUTT! He is so out of touch! But then again people that have NEVER had to suffer for anything are that way!

His issue is always the WORKING CLASS. Romney please, once and for all, go and get ready to be God of your own world and have mutlipul wifes in the next life as your church tells you will!
