Joe Jackson Still Wants to Dismiss Son's Estate Executors

Why is the will so analyzed by the media yet we have been given no information regarding the charities Michael chose to support through his estate. That would be of great interest. I have heard more than enough of the family squabbles.

I would think getting a monthly allowance would be enough. I am sure Michael would not want Joseph to be without. Michael supported that whole family from the time he was 10. And I am assuming he was left OUT of the will for a reason. I hope all this foolishness ends soon and the media stops printing these stories. Because I think that is what they are, just "stories"

Lets not hammer Joe Jackson. Michael would not want us speaking badly about his family. We have no idea what truth is behind this story. Yes we all know Joseph and Michael had a rocky releationship, but lets not forget that is Michael's father, no matter what.

You've already been told by the judge you don't have any legal standing on this issue. Using Leonard Rowe, ex-con, as a witness in your allowance petition and Brian Oxman getting released from suspension from the California State Bar on Aug, 28, 2009 is not helping you. Oxman is a criminal attorney, not a probate attorney. Oxman got fired from MJ's 2005 trial. Oxman is taking you for a ride Joe and he will expect to be paid by you when it's all over. Wake up.

While family is family and speaking ill of Joseph would be as if speaking ill of Michael – and if Delio is to be believed, that once Michael became a Daddy himself, he realized the driving force behind his own father's 'abuse'.
but I can't help but to feel as if Joseph feels Michael owes him for 'making him the icon he became'..
It's sad really that it all seems to come down to money. Joseph has behaved strangely since the beginning – the BET awards...

But, perhaps Joseph can safely protest the will, since he was excluded from Michael's will – and anyone named in the will can be penalized/cut from it, for contesting it..

Joseph is all business – I don't mean to say that he doesn't have a heart, but to see Michael who had a heart as big as the world – and know that his father is Joseph... it just doesn't seem a likely fit.
I don't fault Joseph for his actions, but to see them always leaves me puzzled... and with that judgmental thought "oh you could really have handled that better."

Papa Joe Jackson charges that the will allegedly written and signed by famous son Michael Jackson is in fact a fraudulent document. For some time now he has asserted that such was the case. In speaking with him recently I became even more convinced. To our shock and dismay, Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled against the Jackson patriarch. The Associated Press reports: “Michael Jackson’s father does not stand to inherit any of his son’s assets and cannot challenge the appointment of the executors chosen by the singer to handle his will, a judge said [this past] Tuesday. Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said Joe Jackson was not named in the will but could pursue a motion to receive a family allowance from the estate.”

Disturbingly, both the judge and media suggest that Joseph Jackson is simply in it for the money. Nothing could be further from the truth. In reality, Joseph Jackson wants justice for his son, and thank God for the Los Angeles Sentinel that his side of the story can be told. What follows is part the document Mr. Jackson filed with the court (Case No. BP 117321) that he got to me right at press time:

“Petitioner, Joseph Jackson, submits the following Objection to Appointment of John Branca and John McClain as the Executors and Special Administrators of the Estate of Michael Jackson.

“Michael Jackson Terminated Branca as his Attorney on February 3, 2003. Michael Jackson terminated John Branca as his attorney on February 3, 2003, in a written termination letter. (Exhibit “A”). Michael Jackson instructed Branca in writing to resign from all positions he had in Michael Jackson’s personal and business life . Branca failed to follow Michael Ja ckson’s instructions, but still remains obligated to comply with those instructions and resign as Executor.

“On February 3, 2003, Michael Jackson instructed Branca to turn over to his new attorneys all records, files, and papers dealing with his personal and business life. While Branca turned over his other files, Branca secretly refused to turn over the purported July 7, 2002, Will, and March 2002, Trust. In violation of his fiduciary duties, Branca concealed the Will and concealed his refusal to resign as Executor. Branca’s concealment of the Will and failure to resign continued for many years despite Michael Jackson’s numerous demands Branca turn over all documents and resign from all positions. Branca’s conduct is an ethical violation this Court should not permit.

“Michael Jackson Terminated John Branca because of Embezzlement. In 2003, Michael Jackson launched an investigation into Branca’s embezzlement activities regarding Michel Jackson’s money. The investigators, the firm of Interfor in New York, reported in February, March, and with a final report on April 15, 2003, there was an improper relationship between Tommy Mattola and John Branca whereby Branca and Matolla were illegally funneling Michael Jackson’s money to off-shore accounts in the Caribbean. (Exhibit “B”). The Interfor Report caused Michael Jackson great anger, and Michael Jackson demanded Branca never have anything to do with him, his business, his family, or his personal life again. Michael Jackson terminated John Branca because of his belief that Branca had committed crimes against him. Branca never accounted to Michael Jackson regarding his conduct, nor disclosed his books and records to Michael Jackson.

“Whether it was true or false that Branca had embezzled money [from] Michael Jackson, Michael Jackson’s belief that it occurred was the basis for Branca’s termination, and Branca never complied with Michael Jackson’s demands he account and resign. A conflicts [sic] of interest exists between John Branca and the Estate of Michael Jackson. It would be grossly negligent for any Executor of the Estate of Michael Jackson to ignore the investigator’s report concerning Branca. However, Branca has undertaken no investigation of his own financial transactions with Michael Jackson, nor will he do so because of his conflicts of interest. He has willfully concealed from this Court the reasons for his termination, and he has willfully concealed form the Court Michael Jackson’s belief that Branca’s embezzled money….

“Michael Jackson was not in Los Angeles on July 7, 2002. On July 7, 2002, Michael Jackson was in New York City, and he was not in Los Angeles at 5:00 p.m. to sign the purported Will as the Will recites. Branca and McClain have concealed form this Court the material fact that Michael Jackson did not sign the purported July 7, 2002, Will as they have claimed repeatedly under penalty of perjury. Their concealment of this information [from] the Court is a fraud on the Court and disqualifies them form being Executors of the Estate […] McClain had a duty to inform the Court Michael Jackson was not in Los Angeles on July 7, 2002. They concealed that fact from this Court. Branca and McClain have violated their fiduciary duties by testifying under penalty of perjury on at least seventeen (17) times the purported July 7, 2002, Will was correct.”

Judge Beckloff threw this entire document out, along with all the compelling evidence as to its veracity. He didn’t consider it at all; apparently not even giving it a second thought.

Please be advised that this article is going to cause more questions than it answers. Regrettably, you probably should prepare yourself for more frustration as you yearn to find out who exactly is responsible for the death of Michael Joseph Jackson. If I've learned nothing else from all that I know (or think I know), it's this: Few things are as they seem. That's right. The "obvious" isn't so "obvious" after all. There are so many twists and turns in this plot that it rigorously tests your sanity. The entire affair is deeply shroud of mystery and the puppet masters are well hidden behind the cloak of anonymity.

But are these masters of illusion responsible for the death of the King of Pop? Why are they so clandestine in their actions? Do they have something to hide? The obvious answer is yes, they're concealing something. And why are they concealing this something? Prepare yourself to enter a multidimensional array of mind-boggling mazes and lurid labyrinths where good guys and bad guys swap roles as they evoke disillusionment and heartbreak. Believe me, if you knew just some of the details it would make you want to take your marbles and go home. Here's what I mean.

In the past week I have learned things that virtually nullify major components of the articles I have written thus far about who may in fact be directly responsible for the death of Michael Jackson. I've encountered shockers that rocked my foundations. This resulted in an abrupt, unceremonious paradigm shift. Here's the first shocker: It may not be Dr. Conrad Murray who had anything to do with Michael's death. Process that. Now, I know you need time to recover from this reality, but, here comes the next shocker: AEG and Dr. Tohme Tohme may not be silent culprits in Michael's death. Oh, I have it on good authority that they drove him relentlessly. Some say they even mistreated him so as to get a major payday. But, kill the King of Pop (really, the King Of All Music!)? Not likely, based on new information I've been made privy to, but am not at liberty to share at this time. Anyway you look at it you come to the stark realization that there are more plot twists in this entire ordeal than in an Agatha Christie novel.

I've asked myself how I could be so wrong on these points. The information I received was from highly reputable sources. It was solid. I'm in the loop. Oh yes, the information was confusing and even conflicting at times. Let me illustrate: The stock in a multibillion dollar company has suddenly and unexpectedly suffered a dramatic devaluation. An emergency board of directors meeting is called by the CEO. Both senior vice-presidents cut short their vacations and fly in right away. The meeting lasts five grueling hours. Because of your position as editor for the company paper you have access to both senior vice-presidents. One gives you the scoop as to what happened in the meeting. You go with that and publish it in the company's paper. The next day, the other senior vice-president gives you conflicting information. So, you go with that in the next issue. A week later, the CEO gives you yet a third version of what transpired in the meeting. Though reluctant, you submit an article based on his take to the paper. Finally, the shareholders themselves send you their version, and it doesn't jibe with any of the three previous ones!

Why were all the versions different? New facts arouse, even though it was determined at the time that all the facts were in. These altered previously held conclusions thought to be fixed in stone. This scenario is not at all too dissimilar from what is going on in Michael Jackson's death investigation. This is why it's taking the police so long! To put this entire matter in perspective, the spine tingling intrigue surrounding the death investigation of the Gloved One rivals the bold brazen assassination of President John F. Kennedy 46 years ago. That happened in broad daylight while the entire world watched! Now, compare that with the death of Michael Jackson, who died in the secluded confines of a bedroom, completely out of the sight of earth's population of nearly seven billion people. I'm not exaggerating when I say the deeper you dig in this whole mess, the more convoluted the details become. The closer you look at the puzzle, the more confused you become. And then there are the details you wish you had not uncovered, which brings me to my next point.

Other factors come into play that are so often left unconsidered. For example, what if the complete truth is something most of us really can't handle? What if the truth isn't and wasn't meant for public consumption? Don't get me wrong. I'll always speak truth as I understand it. Don't conclude, though, that I'll tell all truths. And, yes, certain truths aren't, in fact, meant to be told. For example, it may be true that my daughter is experiencing her monthly cycle, but that's probably not something I'm likely to alert the world to. Still, you shouldn't conclude from this that I'll ever withhold greater truths as these present a more accurate picture of matters. This will especially be the case if the presentation of said truths readily shapes a distressingly distorted representation of the "facts." The bottom line is this: Some things are better left unsaid. Some efforts better left abandoned. Some mysteries better left unsolved. Even with having said all this, there may well be explosive, even monumental developments on the horizon.

The message I'll leave you with is this, Michael Jackson was one of the most loving, generous souls to ever enter our consciousness. He was a beautiful man. And, without a doubt, he deserved far better than what he got. That's the tragedy of it all. But, not to worry, God sees all. Any wrong done will be righted in God's own inimitable way. And as for Michael's magnanimous actions, well, he can now rest from all his labors of love. And we can rest assured that he will be rewarded for all the wonderful works he has done. (Rev. 14:13) Peace and blessings. Amen.

Michael didn't have a hatred for Joseph ( to my understanding), Michael feared Joseph and during the early years thought that Joseph took unnecessary and foolish financial risks instead of making sound decisions. That would be a sound reason for leaving his estate in his Mother's hands. She is a very savvy woman.

I try to remember also, that was a different time. There is still much hate and prejudice today, but in the 60's it was even worse and what we consider abuse today, was common-discipline then. Joseph may have been a little stricter than other parents, but he also had more going against him.

I remember hearing interviews a plenty immediately following the 25th – Michael speaking on various subjects – his own words..

The New York Post is reporting Evan Chandler committed suicide with a gun.

It was nice talking with all of you. I have to go now, and after some things I have just learned I am not sure I will be back. Keep spreading Michael's message to everyone who will listen. Do not focus so much on his death, because it is a moot point. Spread joy, not lies.

wow is it me? or did this sudden wave of negative energy just seem to ebb and flow over this place?

My initial euphoria at the death of Evan Chandler has been replaced by incredible sadness because he not only killed himself he killed MJ back in 1993 by making his son lie for money. If that had never happened, nothing that followed would ever have happened and MJ would have had a great career and a happy life and would still be alive. It is really tragic that these two lives ever intersected.

I do not understand this man. It made we shiver when I saw what Janet said, also I knew Michael said the same before.

Don't call my dad, call me Joseph. This has nothing to do with a different generation were parents used to be harder and more draconic. In older days children ha to call their parents Sir and so on to show respect.

So this "call me Joseph" has nothing to do with older times, normaly younger people nowadays have often their children call them by their name, but that is more to act like a friend and not like a parent.

I highly doubt this "call me Joseph" was meant this friendly way. For me it sounds more like trying to get a kind of distance and not too much of a bond.

Atleast that is exactly what happened, their was never a real bond and it seems also not to the other children like Janet.

Seems Michael just was a way more sensible than the others, but I am sure all of them have scars, some more and some less, some more visible and some not visible at all. But they all have them.

I just spoke to Rhonda, she sounds tired to say the least. But her fighting spirit is there. She thanks everyone for the love and prayers. She asked me to tell everyone to keep spreading MJ's message even though she isn't here to help at the moment.

Thank you for the out pouring of support, she does feel that in the hospital. Her family is working on getting a laptop to her sometime later today, as I am sure her inbox is overflowing.

oh I love big dogs too – but I am more of a cat person.. (I have 4 Blue Point Siamese and 3 Chocolate Pnts)

I had bred Siamese for a while..
but with so many shelters being so full or abandoned animals due to the poor economy – I abandoned the breeding ... I kept what was left of the previous litter of kittens which is why I have so many cats now..

I am actually taking a break from my kitty goodness – I do a lot of ... I guess you can call it charity work for animals.
I make angels of thread that are raffled off for the benefit of a local shelter and I just finished up with making almost 150 catnip toys for sale and for the shelter kitties..

I am good with animals...
