Minus Jon, It’s ‘Kate Plus 8’

well there is two side to every story, I started watching the show and like it very much when it just started out. and the it seem like kate would fuss more and jon would fuss more . You felt like things were falling a part and they have. so move and raise the kids, they will be grown and gone before you know it I think the show will do fine with Kate, and the kids, there are a lot women out there with kids raising them and make it work more power to you girl

People around the country with large families are dealing with all kinds of issues. Kate and john need to raise their children the old fashioned way. These two people need to focus on their children more and stop being on a media blitz.. Kate wants to be famous more than anything and thats the isssue I have with her. She need to meet the Dougers not Paula Dean.

Never watched the program and never will. I am against all parents that exploit their children (family) for money. These kids are being reared with a camera in front of their face. Horrible. Just horrible.

Time to put the kids first and cancel this soap opera.

The show will be better off without Jon. Funny thing is now he is delaying the divorce by several months. That move right after TLC fired Jon is extremely suspect. Looks like a move from Jon to try to get back into the money pockets of TLC. Hope they don't let him back. He is the one making a darn fool out of himself for months, lots of different women and really nasty public comments about Kate. That was really so unneccesary. Apparently Jon doesn't think about what his children will hear or read in the future and it's all about Jon. I suspect the public only now are seeing the Real Jon Gosselin and behind the cameras he wasn't as nice as he appeared and Kate had every reason to be so short tempered with him. That has been alluded to by insiders. They say the Jon in front of the TLC cameras was a totally different person then the one in real life and that's why TLC have backed Kate from the beginning. The real Jon we have been seeing since the separation. Sorry but I can't stand the real Jon and he is a low life. Kate has endured Jon's abusive and very nasty comments and public displays with other women even BEFORE the separation and worse after the separation but I admire her for not sinking to Jon's low blow level.

Larry ask Jon if the tabloids are correct about him wanting to reconcile with his ex, if he says yes, ask him are you f@@king crazy??? He needs to hire a new pr firm and get a new lawyer. He is in a no win situation. TLC is more on womens side than male and all viewers are female who would love to casterate any male who crosses them. Ughh I feel sorry for him. Going back to that snake would be a big mistake. Ask him if moving back to his old house and going back to his old job as ITT Tech is a option, I bet his old boss would take him back plus seeing that TLC dumped him he'll need to find a job fast. Can't live off of reruns forever. Thanks Larry

I am one of those people who stopped watching this show after Jon's behavior...He is disgusting, and now that he is off the show I will start watching again..When I think of some of the most horrible men in history, Hitler,Scott Peterson, Jeffery Dalhmer, Jon Gosselin, it makes me sick to my stomach. Who would't want to do they best for their children, and unfortuantly that takes money. Don't feel sorry for Jon, feel sorry for those kids they have to see how their father has had sex with every woman that has come into their house.What a jerk..Kate keep your head up.You are a smart woman and very classy.

It is about time our African American celebs start to man up.

I don't care. Kate is all about the money and the fame (although she says she is doing it for the kids) Yes, she needs a job but what does that have to do with being verbally abusive, controlling and selfish? If she was less controlling maybe the show would have worked-maybe their marriage would have worked.

Jon-as much as your life was pretty scripted for you-IT WAS YOUR LIFE!!

The way you are behaving now as "a single guy" in the public eye-is pathetic-your 15 minutes will soon be up and then what?

The two of you have 8 beautiful children who are in every way at a disadvantage due to the number of children and the closeness of their ages -you add two selfish and narcissistic parents; a demanding and intrusive show ; 24 hour paparazzi and a very public divorce. HOW ARE EITHER OF YOU THINKING ABOUT THOSE KIDS??

You think "they are fine" because you don't see the damage now. You are so focused on EVERYTHING ELSE BUT the kids. How is it even remotely possible they are fine? I call this denial.

it about time ! No doubt TLC was taking alot of heat due to Jon's actions over the last several months. Its funny how after his attorney dropped him and he got a new one he has not been out and about in public with girls- only his Mom. I wonder if he asked to delay the divorce for 90days because he can make the public believe its Kate who wont take him back. As if

yes-Jon has behaved badly-But it is terrible and irrational to compare him to Jeffery Dahlmer and Hitler..???

KATE is far worse in my opinion-actually they each have contributed their own unique brand of "ME ME" or "LOOK AT ME" and Its all about ME.."

There never would have been "the 8" without the likes of JON AND KATE!!

They BOTH represent a version of the moral and spiritual decay of our techno-savy culture.

If YOU want it and can PAY for it- its good!!!. You want 8 kids-"sure you are entitled to 8 little miracles if you can pony up for the procedure."

Features like: commitment; tolerance;respect;selflessness; kindness; depth; responsibility; moderation and humility aren't part of the package.

Kate and Jon are selfish and fame/money driven. Sure they need money to raise these children-but carrying on a national TV show and circus for THIS LONG is not about the children-its about the fame.

I am disappointed in both Jon and Kate. When I first starting watching their show I was amazed at how well they handled their life. But honestly, they both could be nominated for an Academy Award. What performers.

Jon and Kate – No one made you have 8 children or any children for that fact, but that's what you signed up for. And no one feels sorry for the situation you both have created. You're both a mess and you're both at fault. So Boo-Hoo. Neither one of you are thinking of your children and what is best for them. These poor little souls are scared for life. And they didn't ask for it.

TLC should seriously consider ending the show altogether so those children may find peace one day soon.

The Gosselin children are so adorable but I've pity on them of having to live in such turmoil during their young formative years because of their very immature and greedy parents, Kate and Jon! Even with all the money the Gosselins are making, the lives of the children will be emotionally scarred later on.

You are too self absorbed to take care of you children. Let me tell you... Your children are experiencing abandonment as you are too busy with your fame to spend any quality time with them.

Questions: Do you spend at least 2 hours of quality time with each child every day??? If you do not, YOU will pay, pay, pay for this in 10 years when they become teens. When they are stealing cars and abusing drugs and completely out of control, remember this!!!

As adults, your children will spend with you as much quality time as you spend with them now!!!
