Couldn't agree more Richard. Larry is great but his questions are sometimes weak, repetitive and don't elicit revealing answers. He cuts off guests abruptly and sometimes doesn't responds to the answer the guest gives. Tonight's show reveals really poor judgment on the part of Ms. Griffin and CNN. Exploiting children and lame attempts to humiliate guests might have a home on "E" or TMZ, but CNN is supposed to be a news organization. Embarrassing.

Larry loves Kathy when she's a guest and I think her parody of a his show tonight is dark, wonderful, edgy and timely. Levi is gorgeous and has presence – get him an agent. Joan and Kathy – mentor and apprentice on screen, impromptu is difficult and they did Cher justice. I loved the show i couldn't stop watchign kathy is so funny i lvoed the show tongiht i don't know why you guys don't i think its funny and kathy should have a talk show. Also joan was funny it was natural and flowed wonderfully. Levi i don't get it but have fun. I think this is for a laugh and shock factor.

i just caught the end off the Larry King show. i think having those poor little kids with all that make up and hair, have them parade around is exploiting them. the parents should be ashamed. this teaches them no morals or values. its all about looks and material. they are treated like an adult and they don't even learn how to say their name properly. when all these kids start acting like an adult and start having sex at age ten then we are all surprised.

Kathy is definitely too good for Levi. And Joan Rivers is comedic gold, partially the reason why Kathy was interviewing her was because yesterday was The Comedy Central Roast of Joan Rivers, therefore interviewing her on how she thought things were, i.e. the clips of the roast. Anyways, Kathy shouldn't be doing these sorts of gigs, although I do love her with all of my heart, only because she's restricted from saying many of her inappropriate, but hilarious, jokes. She did pretty well tonight, though, especially with the pageant toddlers.

Apparently everyone who watches CNN is so uptight that they would rather watch yet another hour of Michael Jackson coverage than enjoy a good laugh.

I think this show has been playing the Jackson story so long, it has run out of ideas. Tonight's show would have been more entertaining if Larry were just sitting there in silence for an hour , making googly-eyes at us.

I am a fan of the Larry King Show. Last night, the show was done in poor taste and lacked the humor that Kathy Griffin was trying very hard to exude. To sit there and humiliate a 19 year old boy with sexual and other comments was tptally insulting. Yes, the ';kid' could have chosen not to do the show, however, who is the adult here?? Yes, as a 19 year old, he IS still a kid although legally an adult. It's really hard to believe that the producers would have permitted this on such a quality show. I just hope that last night was simply an outlier and not a step towards another below the belt television show. We don't need MTV on CNN!!!!!!

That was totally surreal. Television definitely needs to see more of Joan Rivers' comedy (less of her QVC hawking). Last night's show was insulting and it's hard to believe LKL has stooped so low. Kathy is disgusting and Levi has no business on TV. My 10 yr old son and I watch and adore Larry King. What was up with Kathy Griffin last night and the vulgarity with Levi what's-his-name?
Since when did he become news worthy and why did Kathy have to turn a reputable news program into an R rated smut show last night.
It's one of the rare shows on tv that my son can watch and actually learn something about the world. I am extremely disappointed in Kathy Griffin – she belongs on some hidden cable channel that no one can find. . . . And Levi is about as news worthy as a dead skunk.

Even worse than the dry and boring interview with Levi was the interview exploiting children that followed. C'mon CNN, you seriously made a conscious decision to endorse that??? They were LITTLE GIRLS, not ladies. It was DISTURBING. It was such bad taste all around. I could lighten up about the whole Levi thing and just change the channel and chalk it up to CNN being desperate for material – it was the exploitation of the little girls that really got to me. There is a much more responsible and dignified way to address that sick industry and I would have expected CNN to have some higher standards. Whatever makes money though, right?! I am not even a mother and it made my skin crawl.

It was truly demeaning to allow Larry's program to be hosted by Kathy Griffin. It was in bad taste especially having Levi Johnston as a guest and how she interacted with him.

Janice: Many people find child pageants to be offensive. Very young girls made up to look like women. The constant pressure of winning. Hours spent on appearance, all patched up with the pre-text of "it gives them confidence". The sexualization of kids. I think that's why Kathy said to call Child Protection Services. Although funny, it should not have been said to the kids directly – I agree with you on that.

Kathy, you were at your best last night. I loved the show. You should guest host more often! I'm so glad Larry King and CNN are fans of yours! I loved Joan Rivers when I was a little girl and I love you now! I wish your D-List show had a longer season.

What a discredit to CNN – cannot believe Larry King let her host. What a waste of air time – kathy griffin has know class – she doesn't belong on CNN, she is trash . If you think she is funny then you must be low life like her. What has happen to CNN – to put trash on like Kathy Griffin. There are so many talented people that could contribute to Larry King Show and interesting things to talk about – please Laryy don't put yourself on her level – thought you were a man of good judgment.

I would not let Kathy Griffin host a cat show. CNN/Larry King what are you thinking. Larry always has a good show I hate to miss one, but last night I could hardly gut it out. When she said to Levi, stop looking at my "RACK", that was enough.The ballgame was better than the show!! I'm glad that I think alot like the others. CNN/Larry King take notice.

I could only take about two minutes of the drivel between Kathy and Levi before I had to turn to another channel. Levi appears to be a little short, no make that a lot short, on interpersonal skills and communications skills. It was almost an embarrassment to watch, hence I couldn't.
so who is kathy what's her name? I never heard of her before and wish I wouldn't again, same with Levi.

Larry I hope you're OK, we need you back soon. Kathy was a disaster.

Just when you thought that the Larry King show could not get any worse or reach the all time lowest point, by having Kathy Griffin on last night, you made the Jerry Springer show look classy in comparison.
You were the laughing stock or air waves last night. I cannot believe that the show producer let the show go on with that nonsense. It's time to make a major change...

The Kathy and Joan show made me queasy. The Kathy and Levi show made me nervous. But if I hadn't subjected myself to all that I probably wouldn't have found out that Levi just did a Vanity Fair shoot—Vanity Fair, as in serious, often breathtaking photojournalism. I want it, and I want it now, LOL, forget paper and ink, put it online. Levi Johnston is impossibly, ridiculously beautiful. Can't-take-your-eyes-off-him beautiful. Maybe the most beautiful young man I've ever laid eyes on, and I've been around a while. So beautiful he doesn't NEED an agent, I'll wager, not to get the gig (though maybe to defend him against exploiters). No matter how stupid the pretext, if he's on TV I'm watching. Hope Kathy made the most of her time in his aura. 😉

Gosh! What a sigh of relief when you realize what we could have put in the White House. We have a woman, Sarah Palin who is basically an angry mean illiterate woman who rather than complete the job she was hired to do, resigns because she realizes she is in so over her head, she will be drowned anytime now. she knows little of foreign policy, government and is a castrating and ascerbic woman. Then you have her husband who is about as deep as Levi Johnston, referring to himself as the "First Dude". You have a teenaged daughter who has been taught abstinence and she got herself pregnant by a guy who Kathy Griffin said, "Levi isn't smart enough to know how to spell his first name. The more airtime you give to Levi, the more we in America can sit back and sigh a collective air of relief because if this family is the example of what YOU want as an example of good, honest, people with integrity, you would NOT have gotten that. The Palin's are cruel, uneducated and frightening people. I thank God each and everyday that we escaped the "family values" this family exemplified. Thank you for the Obama's. They are truly a family of good, strong, honest values. Let's pray the Palin's disappear. It is a mockery, a joke and insulting that Sarah Palin thinks she can match President Obama in intelligence and kindness or any other way. . She doesn't come close.

This was the worst Larry King Live I have ever seen in my entire life. It was actually quite embarrassing to watch. Kathy Griffin was terrible; her jokes weren't even funny....and even tho I'm not too impressed with Levi Johnston, I felt quite badly for him. He appeared to be mortified by her questions and comments most of the time. Please don't ever bring Kathy Griffin back to LKL.

lighten up people..it’s just a little joke!@@@@ i agree its a joke...but you know what??? so was david letterman's joke. how is it any different to have a 49 yr old woman sexually tease a 19 yr old on something that has to do with "TEENS CHOICE"? Sarah was "speaking in behalf of all teens" when the AROD joke was made on Bristol. And AROD is only 34-16 yrs older than Bristol. We're talking 30 years between Kathy and Levi. But if she honestly felt that Letterman was serious on "RAPING" a 17 year old, then where is Palin's mouth now?? And I dont wanna hear "well Levi's of legal age"....it doesn't defeat the pupose of having a woman 30 yrs older than a 19 yr old acting as if they screwed the night before. Remember this has to do with the "TEENS" CHOICE AWARDS. Sarah Palin is a hypocriyte and she shows it in her actions. That Letterman scenario was a personal vendetta and had all of you fooled and bashing Letterman. She's vengeful on CBS for Katie Couric embarrassing her on national tv. But who's fault is that?? I dont think Katie was asking a hard Calculus questioon with respect to what newspaper she reads.

Where does James Carvel get the "we are spending twice anyone else in the world on health care." I don't think that is what we just heard on Lou Dobbs. Please check the facts.

Levi is a handsome idiot. Modeling will work for him as long as he doesn't walk or talk for heaven forbid have to think! Not a brain cell in that dome of his. He's making a fool of himself and actually making Palin look smart for casting him out of her circle.

Rose... I too have a distaste for child pageants. I understand why Ms. Griffin mentioned Child Protective Services. What disturbed me is the fact she did so directly to the children she was hosting on the CNN stage. She should have made the comment to the parents as they're making the decisions for these girls. So, we agree that it was completely inappropriate.

My 15 year old daughter who is beautiful, intelligent, kind and compassionate was completely taken aback by your show with Levi Johnston and Kathy Griffin. I search and search for news shows that are noteworthy. Larry King has, in the past, been an awe inspiring interviewer. His show has shown great thought and he has been very good with his guests. Lately, the show has digressed. It is like reading the New York Times all your life and then having only the National Enquirer to read. The Griffin/Johnson show unfortunately has made me re-consider Larry King Live as a show that has decency and educates me and my child. When my 15 year old can look at Kathy Griffin and comment that "she is a mean and undignified woman mom. She is taking advantage of that boy because he obviously is not smart enough to get himself out of the situation. It is wrong and mean." This coming from a 15 year old who knows the difference between right and wrong, good and bad humor and simply seeing Kathy Griffin for what she is, what she was doing etc. Instead of casting criticism at the baby beauty pageant fiasco, She should instead have CPS investigate her exploitation of Levi Johnston. What she was doing with him was child abuse, plain and simply. I am sorry, we are leaving CNN/Larry King and asking many of our friends to do the same. Our country said NO to the likes of Sarah Palin, her family and Levi Johnston and we are allowing these mindless people to come into our homes and talk "trash". What is the world coming to?

And lest I gave the wrong impression by gushing about Levi Johnston's looks, and seem to be siding with those here who've mocked him as a lightweight, a suggestion: Go to MSNBC's site (sorry CNN [ducks]), enter "Levi Johnston Ann Curry" in the search bar, and watch the video of his interview with Curry on "Today" last month (should be the first search result). This ain't no clueless backwoods boy. And, I have to say, I think I'm happy for him that he dodged the Palin family bullet.

Carol: I agree with everything you said about the Palins. You said it right. Levi is a young adult, he is not a child. He is 19 years old, almost 20. He's not very bright (understatement) but he understands this is his big opportunity to cash in. That's why Levi is trying to get as much exposure as possible and get paid for most of it. Kathy Griffin can't be held responsible for that.

He appeared shirtless with his baby son in magazine photos. He is trying to model. Bristol Palin, now legally an adult, got paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for her People magazine photoshoot with her baby. The Palins and Levi are ALL about cashing in.

As you said, they are: U-N-E-D-U-C-A-T-E-D (in every aspect). . . and it shows. I hope Sarah's new endeavor includes standing guard while Putin rears his head into Alaska territory. That's her understanding of foreign policy.

The show featuring Kathy Griffin, Joan Rivers and Levi Johnson was the most disgusting show I have ever seen on Larry King Live. Larry, you should be ashamed to have a show that bears your name feature such rude and classless individuals. If you can't find better replacements during your absence, you should cancel the shows you cannot personally host. I normally love your shows and watch them regularly but I was highly disappointed with this show. Marilyn
