Here are some things to watch for in Tuesday's races:

Ugliness in Delaware: The Tea Party Express poured money into the insurgent campaign of Christine O'Donnell. She is challenging longtime congressman and former Gov. Mike Castle, who is backed by the party establishment, in Delaware's Republican Senate primary. In some of the most vicious campaigning seen so far this year, Castle supporters have attacked O'Donnell, accusing her of defaulting on personal bills and not paying income taxes - which she denies - and calling her "delusional."

Establishment Republicans think they have a shot at picking up Vice President Biden's old Senate seat if Castle, a former governor, is their candidate, but don't stand a chance if O'Donnell wins the primary. But O'Donnell, who's been endorsed by former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, says the attacks have backfired and only intensified support around her.

The state GOP chairman said he had received death threats because of his support of Castle and had moved his family out of their home. O'Donnell condemned the threats.

Former NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe was also on board, surviving with three others.

Regarding the primaries, a lot of the coverage focused on Connecticut and the race to replace retiring Senator Chris Dodd. Former World Wrestling Entertainment executive Linda McMahon won Connecticut's GOP Senate primary, setting up a general election battle against the state's attorney general.

A few political stories did get a little less news coverage, though, including these:

** Levi Johnston, the father of former AK Governor Sarah Palin's grandchild, is running for her old post of Mayor of Wasilla, Alaska. Not as a call to civic duty, rather as a reality show called "Loving Levi: The Road to the Mayor's Office."

** Vice President Joe Biden's Air Force 2 plane was involved in a minor accident when the plane's engines caused a small private plane to topple over. (NYDailyNews)

** If a Supreme Court Justice trips and is not hurt, is that news? Apparently so… (WPRI-TV)

**The reigning Super Bowl Champs, the New Orleans Saints, celebrated their championship (6 months later) at the White House. The White House press corps was treated to some BBQ shrimp compliments of one of the players.

While we're still waiting on the jury to decide the fate of former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich in his corruption trial, as well as what will come of the ethics charges against NY Representative Charlie Rangel, the political chatter this week has been about one thing...

The upcoming wedding of Chelsea Clinton.

So many questions are out there: Who will design her dress (Vera Wang?), where will it be (Rhinebeck, NY?), who will be there (Oprah?), and will she change her last name (Chelsea Mezvinsky)?

We'll know much more after Saturday's ceremony, and in the meantime, check out some of these other stories you might have missed this week:

*Erin Andrews, of ESPN and DWTS fame, was on Capitol Hill this week pushing for tougher laws against stalking. You probably knew this from watching LKL on Tuesday night.

*President Obama knows every detail about the U.S. nuclear arsenal, and whether or not Area 51 does indeed house aliens… but during his visit on “The View,” he admitted he doesn’t know who “Snooki” is... (NYDaily News)

*Will former Florida Governor Jeb Bush follow his brother's and dad's footsteps and run for President in 2012? He answered it HERE (The Hill)

*What does comedian/actor Bill Murray watch on television? While it should be CNN, his answer may surprise you. (Mediabistro)

(CNN) - A BP estimate made after the explosion of the Deepwater Horizon noted that as much as 100,000 barrels per day could leak into the ocean if the blowout preventer and wellhead were removed, a higher worst-case scenario than previously reported.

According to an internal BP document released Sunday by Rep. Edward Markey, D-Massachusetts, BP believed that the worst-case scenario could be as high as 100,000 barrels, or 4.2 million gallons of oil per day.

The figure is the highest yet to surface regarding the leaking oil well. At the disaster's outset, BP claimed the leak was about 1,000 barrels a day, a number it later revised to 5,000 and then much higher. BP told the House Energy and Commerce Committee that the worst-case scenario was 60,000 barrels (2.5 million gallons) a day, lower than what the document states.

The document, submitted in May, maintains the 60,000 barrel estimate, but stipulates that if the "blowout preventer and wellhead are removed and if we have incorrectly modeled the restrictions, the rate could be as high as 100,000 barrels a day."

Markey said the document "raises very troubling questions about what BP knew and when they knew it."

These are all stories you've probably paid attention to this week... now for some you may have missed:

Washington (CNN) - A Utah death row inmate who would become only the third person to die by firing squad in the United States in 33 years appealed to the Supreme Court on Wednesday, seeking a last-minute stay of execution.

Ronnie Lee Gardner's lawyers filed the first of what are expected to be several appeals to the justices. He is scheduled to be put to death early Friday for the shooting death of attorney Michael Burdell during a botched escape attempt from custody in 1985 at a Salt Lake City, Utah, courthouse.

Among the claims the 49-year-old prisoner raises in his appeals is that he has been a death row inmate too long.

"He asserts that executing him now, after nearly 25 years on death row in Utah, so lacks retributive or deterrent value that it violates the Eighth Amendment," Andrew Parnes, Gardner's lawyer, told the high court. He did not return phone calls from CNN seeking comment.
