LKL Poll of the Day: Tiger Woods

I've always thought of Tiger Woods as a great golfer, NOT as any type of family role model. Especially with all of his mega-million dollar endorsements and hyper-corporate greed.

However, it seems some American's actually adopted Tiger Woods into their familys as a long lost son who of course greatly disappointed them as he used some of his millions to purchase the services of dozens of prostitutes while his pregnant wife was at home resting.

The alleged charges against Pope Ratz however are FAR WORSE, FAR MORE HEINOUS and FAR MORE WIDESPREAD than those against Tiger Woods.

Unlike Tiger Woods, Pope Ratz was seen as the apostolic successor of Jesus and was 'supposedly' the moralistic standard for millions of his rabid followers.

Simply having a photo of Pope Ratz on the wall causes many to think of Pope Ratz involvement in shielding and protecting hundreds of serial Pedophiles that destroyed thousands of children's innocent lives.

While I voted "YES" I forgive Tiger Woods it was the only option. What should be there is "its nobody's business what Tiger Woods does privately"! This topic has brought every racist from under the sheets to the internet. You can do a poll and most men in Tiger Woods position have had a fling. They'll all lie, and you won't know unless they get caught. Not everybody....but MOST! Anybody who's adopted Tiger as a role model just has to accept that he is a man. Not perfect, and also drawn into temptation. Its about his game....nothing else should matter. All these "market magazine mentality" comments really just spread racism and hate. Every woman who loved someone that didn't love them back is out for revenge. But they should realize its not there business....

Hi I'm Jamie Minniefield from Arlington Texas and I was wanting to know if a vote from the American people could be taken regarding whether President Obamas face be put on Mount Rushmore? And if the majority voted yes, when would the construction begin?

Honestly gentlemen...if it would have been Elin who had 14 sexual partners since she & Tiger married...do you think Mr. Woods would hav stuck around, forgiven her, & continued as a family. I think NOT! He would have stated she shamed the family, divorced ,no settlement & NO joint custodt. It is so ironic that most men wouldn't tolerate it if a women had that blessed sexual addiction!!!

A. Smith, Oregon   April 6th, 2010 1:20 am ET

@ Theresa, likely so. I suspect Tiger Woods didn't have a pre-nupt with Elin Woods and would have ended up with the largest monetary settlement for a divorce in modern history, plus very large child support expenses.

I suspect it's solely a matter of Tiger Woods not wanting to part with a huge portion of his amassed fortune and it has nothing to do with love nor with having his children in his home.

I feel Tiger Wood's explanations and expressed pain is contrived, staged and very rehearsed to provoke sympathy.

In the end, that is between Tiger Woods, Elin Woods and their children. Their marriage may very well be in name only and nothing more.

Having seen Tiger Woods on Tv just recently, I sure notice a change in him already. He just seems a different person. Not the same Tiger Woods like before, at all. He looks subdued almost humble. In his interview, he commented that the rehab was doing him good. That's good to hear.

After all that has happened, it is amazing how he is carrying on with his golf and trying to hold his head up. Good luck to him and his family, I say. . .

I am not his wife. I don't have to forgive him, he caused me no harm.

The media needs to stop obsessing about people's private lives and giving adulterous women, especially porn stars a platform.
