Decision on criminal charges in Michael Jackson case 'months' away

Murray needs to be in Jail while this is going on. Why the hell is allowed to practice medicine while Michael is lying in cold crypt. He is a murderer. Michael deserves justice.–When is he going to get it?

They keep saying the same thing "complex medical data" how complex can it be for god's sake.

This has nothing do to with medication that MJ took in 1993 or 1997 it has to do with "acute intoxication of propofol" injected by Murray which we all know and the LAPD know so what is the hold up...they even know he ordered it from out of state through his girlfriend......is there another investigation relating to MJ that the public doesnt know about!

I think Murray's lawyer is building a case on the fact that Mj was a "drug addict" and trying to prove that he begged for it from Murray...even going as far as Murray saying that MJ gave himself the fatal dose!

Yes, we know that this is an on-going complex investigation. We know that there is reams of medical data to review and analyze. So hire more experts, get more help! It is ludicrous that the investigation is taking so long to get to the point of charges being filed. If it is a question of man power - get more investigatoras. If it is a question of not understanding the information to be evaluated, then hire more experts. I am sure there are many highly qualified individuals who would be glad to work the Michael Jackson case. Justice is needed. Answers are required. Do not let this case grow cold. Justice is the final thing we can do for Michael. And I am confident that the fans will not allow him to be forgotten, and that we will fight for justice and resolution!

The defense would likely show the Jackson family knew about Micheal Jackson's 25 year long drug abuse and were connected to those supplying him with all of those drugs.

Of course you are entitled to your beliefs and opinions. And yes, I am well aware of the apparent "weirdness" of the case. All of us are. We have been since around noonish on 25 June. But just because something appears to be weird, does not constitute proof that the death of Michael Jackson is a hoax or a stunt or anything else. It is weird that MJ is dead. It is weird that we are still waiting for answers. It is weird that everyone keeps changing their stories and nothing lines up. It is weird that there have been few official press conferences....but none of that adds up to "Michael Jackson faked his death"....IMHO, of course. I am however, open to any hard evidence you may be able to produce. Just remember....blog postings are not evidence, Youtube videos are not evidence. So....what have you got to support your theory?

Ofcourse...its not surprising at all that the investigation on the part of medical records is so complex. Each of those greedy doctors who knew they had a part in enabling MJ all those years made sure that they complicated records deliberately, especially those whose clinics were visited and records from MJ requested from. No need to say their names....they know themselves and some people know also who they are. CROOKS !!!

I don't se how this case is related to Phil Spector who murdered his girlfriend??? or how past drug use is related to what took place June 25th??? Something is being covered up. Why are the Jackson's not filing their own wrongful death case? They do not need to wait for criminal charges.

Sony just released that "This Is It" DVD will be released January 26th. It will consist of 2 documentaries.

Wow, thank goodness a blog with relevant and intelligent postings. Although I agree that answers are much needed to this complicated case that is coated with anxiety and fury, perfection is an absolute with no room for negotiation or margin of error. I am not a conspiracy theorist, so I do not believe that they are hunting for "clues" that are associated with murder in any degree at all. This case was ruled a homicide, much different from murder as homicide simply means "death by another" and murder is death by premeditated malicious intent. Murray's finger may have pulled the trigger, however, many doctors loaded this gun. It is no secret that MJ had a significant history of doctor shopping and laundry list of Rx. medication abuse. Everyone and anyone that wrote a Rx. for Michael Jackson needs to be invesitgated as to justify their medical decisions in Michael's care. What exactly is the "homicide weapon"? The propofol? The benzodiazipines? The doctors? The enablers? His entourage? His insomnia? His vulnerability? I am confident there is an abundance of information and evidence the public is unaware of, as we should be unaware to keep the integrity of this sealed investigation. Wouldn't we rather have it slow and correct than quick and messy? Isn't that why the good ole' Mr. OJ Simpson walked free? (IMHO) Incompetent, wreckless, inexperienced, undereducated investigators collecting evidence, tampering with said evidence and then evidence disappears and goes missing? I'd rather wait the two months or more to give the LAPD and the rest of the investigators time to sort through every single piece of evidence and consult with the most highly trained experts in their field and draw an appropriate conclusion. Who are we pushing this investigation for? Michael or us? Michael had all the patience in the world, and would never approve of a half assed investigation with sloppy and inadequate testimony to represent him when this goes to trial. IMHO of course.

@WHAT ABOUT US- This is NOT the blog to attempt to convince MJ fans that he is alive. Most of us here, at this particular hour and moment, live in reality and have a clear understanding that the very thought of Michael Jackson attempting a death hoax is not only oulandish and ludacris but it is just plain stupid and does not make sense. We give Michael Jackson much more credit than the fool you are trying to make him out to be. This not about "opinion". Death is not an opinion it is clearly a fact, something I cannot dispute so therefore I must end this sentence. And that's as far as it goes. If you feel compelled to "challenge the life or death of Michael Jackson" I suggest you take it up with a Power much higher than us. i seem to me days are going too slow but i'll be very patience.. i can't wait to see this people join together in one cell having a grand acquaintance party i well serve them with a giant propofol cake with a lots of poisonous icing on it,..they will be dead all together at once.. but on a second thought maybe a long life sentence is better, psychologically torture them slowly and gradually until guilt come over them and kill themselves.......then i will feel better

I know that everyone is mad and sick and tired of all of this taking so long. But lets think of it this way..... Hopefully the delay in all the charges is because they are trying to get every evidence possible, turning over ever rock more than once, so that they can make a rock solid case. We don't want a half ass case against him, we want a strong one. I for one don't Murray to just get a slap on the wrist. He needs to have jail time and not to be able to practice medicine ever. And I think that if charges were brought earlier the case against Murray would not have been strong enough. I look forward to the day charges are given. But we all must have a little more patience. We have to have faith in that justice will be served....

When I read that Murray said Michael called the propofol, " his milk ", I was furious. How do WE know this is true! For all we know it's probably Dr. Murder that was calling the propofol his milk! Anybody can say anything about Michael now because he can't defend himself. First this jerk said that Michael kept asking him to administer more drugs. I really wish that I could believe that Michael was still alive. Unfortunately, I cannot. Michael died on June 25th. If were to start believing that he is still alive and then have to accept his death all over again, I would have to be committed. Accepting Michael died once is enough for me. Cannot do it twice. So, unless Michael Jackson himself personally gets in touch with me via CNN and tells me that he is still alive, I will believe that he has left the building permanently.

What's the big deal if LAPD made an official statement that they were still investigating. I don't see how attaching a specific officer's name to this statement will harm the investigation.

I agree with you. Every report which seem to come out these days appears to be working around anynomisity and confidentiality. I think thats the very best of excuses that this whole travesty is now being centred around.... hopefully they can continue finding more and more excuses to fool the fans and those who cared about that man.

The whole world have been kept with their hands on their foreheads for quite a long time now..... everytime the investigation is shifted back. Will this game or whatever stop ??!!! At the beggining it was that the autopsy report was going to be made public in a few weeks, and the few weeks turned into months until its now an issue of medical records which are complicated to the extend of calling outside experts. Think about this, just imagine the uproar that it would cause if Conrad Murray isn't charged in Michael's death.

I don't think the WORLD would be ready for that one. There would be fans EVERYWHERE protesting! Going crazy! Outside of the LAPD, outside of courthouses, out side of Murray's office....EVERYWHERE! It would cause total chaos amongst the family and fans of Michael Jackson all over this entire planet! I'm sure the LAPD is keeping that in mind throughout their investigation.

Ladies....I'm totally with you, but everyday I try and calm myself by telling myself that they are taking there time to make sure that they have enough evidence to convict Conrad Murray. There is NO WAY this man is just going to walk away from this! All hell would break loose! But it still is strange to me why Murray hasn't been arrested and why he is allowed to return to work.

I think that it's all a front! Who in there right mind is going to let this guy give them any type of medical attention. Like you said where the proof. They recorded Murray in church, and in court. Why couldn't they record at least one of these 16 patients he saw that Friday either coming or going! He's just going through the motions to make himself look innocent!

Haven't been on in almost two weeks. Real busy at work now and with Christmas.

I dont like that it is taking this long and I dont think its a good sign. Its been mentioned above that Mj fans would go nuts if Murray walks and I think they know that. I think the investigation has already been botched so bad that they cant or wont bring charges, only they are so afraid of what will happen with fans that they just keep delaying month after month hoping that it will get forgotten about. I know I keep coming back but it gets hard to keep up with this and thats what I think they are counting on happening with fans. I really hope I'm wrong but I have had this feeling for a long time now about the investigation.
I am very disgusted with this info of another delay. Its very upsetting for me.

You know, everytime I think of this statement from Quack that he did nothing wrong, my head just starts spinning. What else sucks about him if not the stupid statement with "the troot will soon come out" ???

murray says he was in the wrong place at the wrong time! and he is kind of right because he was pissing in the wrong place and the wrong time!

Murray can say what he wants...Michael wanted his "milk" according to Murray...no one knows if that is true...but I tend to believe that Michael did not do this to himself...if he did the security tapes from the house would prove Murray's innocence and the tape would have been turned in and the case closed against Murray but that has not happened and the tapes remain missing.

Ok I tried to post some pictures of Michael during rehersal showing up close photos of his neck proving with a doubt that there were not needle marks all over his neck. But my post was deleted before it was posted..anyway ...it also show the shirt Michael wore...the red one with the lion on it ...it was embelished with the numbers 777 on the right hand side...the numbers are not on the original shirt...I guess it is something he had done personally.

Actually, there is one other thing to failed to understand, and I was actually appealled to read about in that article about Quack being back to work. I remember it mentioned that he is even not banned from using propofol.

What the damn hell could Quack be allowed to continue using propofol for coz in the first place he is supposed to be a mere cardiologist, and not an anestheologist. I thought only anestheologists are allowed to use and put those IVS with propofol on patients . Or I'm I wrong ???

There were no tapes ???!!! I have never heard about that one....... what I remember is that right from the beggining just a few days after the incident, I think it was La toya, if I am not wrong, who said the tapes were missing and everything in the safe was gone....... MJ'S money, expensive jewellery and who knows, maybe other very crucial things like documents. Hhhmmm !!! what comes to my mind when I mention documents is the issue of a possibility of another Will probably kept there in the safe...GONE !!!!

You know, we have a student at my school who is a heroin addict...cannot see any marks unless we move her skin, really look for the under her fingernails, arous her hairline/ears. Injection marks are not that easy to see, and covered with makeup, they probably would not show...NOT THAT I IN ANY WAY think Michael was abusing to that extent, quite the contrary, just some information.

I always read these CNN MJ blogs and sometimes post on them as well. Before I posted as Chris but have discovered some bloggers are confusing me with Cris, thus the name change.
With all my heart I hope this case is being thoroughly examined – if that's what it takes to give Michael the justice that he deserves, then fine.
However, I'm concerned that time will bring apathy and a fuzziness of the facts by potential witnesses. On one hand, a conviction in this case may help to revamp the LAPD's tarnished image, but on the other hand I wonder if LAPD care enough.
It really bothers me that it took so long before the police treated Michael's residence as a potential homicide scene. In many ways, it would be great if both Canada & the US had a media freeze like, I believe in the UK, to curb/prevent lies from being published as fact.
What's with allowing Murray to be free and out & about? He admitted he wasn't watching Michael and, at the very least, he did not use a monitor – I think I read that in hospitals they use a pulse oximeter.

I mentioned the needle marks because it was implyed that he was riddle to the point that they could be seen and no pictures shows proof of that. I would assume that a fresh needle mark would be visible. I know when I have had blood drawn...I can have a bump.. some swelling and redness in the injection sight for days. To not see anything in the neck is puzzling to me. I wish I could post the pictures but I was not able to.

With what they reel off about how bad MJ was with his iv addictions and his so called being riddled with injection sites you would expect bruising also, they have said for 6weeks at least so where were these welts, bruises etc... I absolutely agree, But I only mention this girl because she had od'd and the 'marks' were not as visible as I would have thought, and she had no bruising. However, IV injections, DN, are totally different!! I had IV, and the bruising was terrible, so I have no clue how they could possibly hide those marks. I can understand why the investigation is taking so long...Not only does the investigation have to prove what drugs were used and in what amount ...also how they interact with each other and how that effects the body..to be able to do that many experts have to be called and interviewed in order to get the case together for the Grand Jury...in order to prove that Murray is responsible.. they have to prove how all this medication played out. It was stated that Murray was injecting Michael for weeks... yet the video of him trying on his costumes with the short sleeved white T...shows no bruising on his arms or neck...we have to remember Michael's skin was very light and any brusing would have been very obvious...just look at the pictures of his bruising when he was handcuffed in 2005.

Tohme is the one who brought him to Thomas Barack Colony Capital, who bought the note on Neverland. Tohme contacted Randy Philips along with Barack who contacted his friend Philip Anschutz AEG. Randy Philips had been after Jackson for 2yrs. This was no accident, Jermaine brought Tohme into MJs life in Vegas 07, to help him save Neverland. Jermaine has always only had Neverland on his mind. Watch out for what happens with Neverland in the next 2-4yrs.

Sorry I did not get back with you right away earlier on the other blog. Working.
I don't know how much I can tell you. The local news stations don't report on it everyday. I'm sure they are all trying to get an interview with him. The clinic is located in an older African American area of Houston which has been revitalized. We have clinics all over Houston which is convenient for the public without having to go downtown into the Texas Medical Center. The clinic is housed in an older building. He continues to see patients.And can continue until charges are made.
The president of the Tx Medical Board wrote a response in the Houston Chronicle because of the numerous requests received regarding why CM is allowed to work, was he being investigated by the board? His response was general. Just that CM has not been charged and therefore can work. And would look at any complaints about him just as they would with any other physicians. With nothing being released until after the first of the year, CM and his attorneys will have plenty of time to try and "improve" his image in the public's eyes. But it won't work. When the charges come forth, and it won't just be him...that "image" will go out the door. Even friends of mine who have not embraced Michael the way I have in my life, are of the opinion that he was the one with the syringe in his hand and he was Michael's doctor and should have known better, but instead we have this tragic medical error. If he didn't know better he shouldn't have been Michael's physician. No other way to look at it. If I hear of any other info locally, you know I will pass it on. Thank you Lori for the "investigative" work that you do.

Carie, this is a fear of mine also. Because I've worked in the medical field for many years, I know how things can be manipulated to make lies seem like the truth where some physicians are concerned. CM is not the only physician of Michael's to be involved in this horrible tragedy but he was the last one to see him alive. I'm sure the defense will go for the jugular but sooner or later the blood in that jugular will run out and we will still have the result – Michael with the breath of life literally taken away from him in an instant.

All security was hired by Tohme even though he says he fired people when he first took over MJs business arrangements in 07, 'to get rid of muslims', even though he is affiliated with NOI himself... He only kept Alberto Alvarez and another member of security, he hired these two a year earlier himself. Leonard Muhammed has always remained head of security, he is the one you see a lot on pics with MJ, he is friendly with Joe also and the casino posse at the Palms in vegas where Joe and Randy hang out.

I just received my copy of Entertainment Weekly and was just looking at it. Cover of magazine is on the Late Greats 2009. Has a small article on Michael with quotes from Kenny Ortega. At the end of the article it says in italics the "Jackson died of cardiac arrest in L.A."

Interesting, I thought he died of acute propofol intoxication according to the coroners report. Why not report it correctly?

Sandy, thank you so much for keeping us up-to-date on Conrad Murray there in Houston. I can't imagine anyone is banging down his door for medical treatment, however, there are still a handful of Conrad supporters (for whatever reason!) who will continue to place their precious life in the hands of this imbicile. I'm not quite sure or clear of the laws in regards to practicing medicine when the wreckless death of another falls in the hands of the person of interest (oh, that's just politically correct for "suspect"), however, I would think that it would make sense that they would revoke all rights and privileges to "practice" medicine until this suspect's name is cleared. It's no different than a police officer being accused of police brutality or a teacher being accused of "inappropriate behavior". I would think that the laws of "common sense" would take precedense when a life is lost, never to be recovered until the investigation is concluded. But that's the good ole' USA for you- everything must be politically correct so we don't "step on and hurt anyone's little feelings"- yeah, you know, like accusing someone of wreckless homicide.
Regarding your earlier post; yes, Katherine Jackson's face was certainly not painted with phoney tears. That was very real grief that overwhelmed her once beaming smile when she looked over at her darling Michael. The court hearings keep get pushed back for one reason and that is Michael is alive. It is kind of hard to charge someone for murder when the person is very much alive. If Michael had actually died oin June 25th Murray would of been thrown in jail and he would still be there.

Just google The Tavis Smiley Show and watch his interviews with Cornel West and another interview with Barry Gordy. Both interviews discuss MJ's genius, creativity and the impact he had on music, breaking down racial barriers. Colin West speaks soo eloquently of Michael–his amazing talents, etc. You must see this.Make sure to go the link where they show James Ingram imitating MJ when he first sang PYT (James' song) for James. I must say I enjoyed the pictures! The picture of Michael that he is standing next to Branca is quite handsome- didn't he look so happy there? I will read the archive articles like you suggested. However, I'm afraid that I will not be pursuaded to believe MJ is alive (although I would very much like him to be) because Michael is not capable of designing a deceitful plot agains the world or his family. And frankly, he just simply does not have the power to do it (but no one does, not even our Michael). Thank you for your post, Marguerite. I see that both you and I have grown together and have learned that we can speak and treat each other in the way that Michael would have wanted us to. No matter what side of the fence we stand on. Doctor Claims Autism Explains Jackson’s Genius & Poor Social Skills Jason Edmonds

Michael Jackson's undisputed talent is discussed alongside reports of his limited social interaction. Could Autism be the reason behind both?

Following his unexpected death on June 25th 2009 at age 50, the world has marvelled at the genius of Michael Jackson and wondered at his lonely personal life. One doctor believes his unusual expertise and hindering social difficulties was due to Autism.

The doctor, who wished to remain anonymous, was called to Jackson’s Las Vegas hotel in 2003 for an unrelated query, but whilst there noticed “the singer displayed classic signs of autism, the brain development disorder of which symptoms include poor social interaction and communication, abnormal intensity or focus, severe insomnia and unusual eating habits.”

Various reports about Jackson’s life seem to corroborate the fact that he might have either being mildly autistic or an Autistic Savant: a person with developmental disorders but achieving one area of brilliance or expertise.

Poor Social Interaction and Communication

Sufferers of Autism are said to be “high functioning individuals who may have active but distinctly odd social approaches.” It’s common knowledge that Jackson seemed uncomfortable interacting with others. He rarely did any interviews and except when reading from a script, rarely said more than a few words when accepting awards.

“[Jackson had] two personalities” said Motown Records founder Berry Gordy speaking at his former artists’ memorial. “Offstage he was shy, soft spoken and childlike, but when he took the stage in front of his screaming fans, he turned into another person; a master, a take-no-prisoner showman.”

Throughout his adulthood, Jackson preferred to be in the company of children. From his arrival at the 1984 Grammy’s carrying 12 year old Emmanuel Lewis as his guest, to his friendships with Macaulay Culkin, Jackson was regularly seen with children and invited them for sleepovers in his house where they watched Disney movies and played computer games.

There’s a misconception that those with autism prefer to be alone; they don’t, but they find forming friendships difficult. This is true with Jackson, who once told a friend “Even at home, I'm lonely. I sit in my room and sometimes cry. It is so hard to make friends, and there are some things you can't talk to your parents or family about. I sometimes walk around the neighborhood at night, just hoping to find someone to talk to." Jackson’s unusual friendships and odd social decisions (like covering his children’s faces in public) could be a symptom of autism.

Abnormal Intensity and Focus

Another sign of Autism is the sufferer’s high levels of intense focus: “Pursuit of specific and narrow areas of interest is one of the most striking features” Again, this is consistent with early reports of Jackson as a child studying musician James Brown for hours and then copying his moves.

Vincent Paterson, who directed some of his music famous videos recalls watching Jackson “rehearse a dance sequence for four hours in front of a mirror until it felt like second nature. That’s how he developed the moonwalk, working on it for days if not weeks until it was organic. He took an idea that he had seen some street kids do and perfected it.”

Jackson’s ability to hone into a single dance routine or musical idea and focus on it for long periods enabled him to become the best, but it could also have been a symptom of a high-performing type of autism.

Sufferers also tend to have high levels of imagination and an obsessive single interest. Bill Gates, who was passionate about computers from an early age was said to be autistic, as was the great painter Michelangelo whose intense focus enabled him to paint the Sistine Chapel.

Steven Wiltshire from England can look at any city from above once then draw panoramically accurate aerial pictures of what he’s seen, and Daniel Tammet can recite Pi from memory to 22,514 digits. Both are Autistic Savants, so could Jackson have been a savant too, able to mask any social disabilities behind his musical genius?

Unusual Eating Habits and Severe Insomnia

According to experts, those with autism sometimes have unusual eating habits and will only eat certain foods. Jackson was a vegan, and his brother Tito confirmed that he mostly ate vegetables, and that he once became addicted to carrots and ate so many his hands turned a little orange.

Autistic people also suffer from Insomnia, and Jackson’s inability to sleep was revealed after his death: “Michael Jackson was so distraught over persistent insomnia in recent months that he pleaded for a powerful sedative despite warnings it could be harmful, says a nutritionist who was working with the singer…” (“Michael Jackson was so Distraught over Insomnia that he Begged for Powerful Drug”, Huffington Post, June 30, 2009)

Perhaps Jackson’s musical magic was simply due to 45 years of working in the industry with the best and having his talent honed by his disciplinarian father and the perfectionists at Motown Records, or it could have been due to Autism.

I said this several blogs ago!! I was wondering because my nephew has autism!! I had heard that his brother Marlon said Michael was diagnosed w/skisophrenia at an early age, but that I don't believe...but Asbergers...I really think some form of PDD/Autism Spectrum disorder.

That is my Jimmy!! And Jim loves to tap...is obsessed with tap-he is in his element tapping, but making friends, socializing, sleeping issues, eating properly...that is him!!

MourningMJ- You are very welcome.!!! I am doing well and you? Please do read them, there are some very eye opening articles stating why and from whom Michael is hiding from. All I know if I had these men and people gunning for me I would run for the hills and stay there until they were caught or at least straightened out. As I said very eye opening and some will almost chill your blood and make you feel ill to your stomach. What Michael was up against was not a pretty picture. All I can pray is he is safe and with his children that he loves more than anything, who also love him. They deserve to have their dad with thejm safe and sound.

Michael spent so much of his time in the company of medical professionals though...one would think they would have noticed and diagnosed him if so. Also, I have never heard that Bill Gates of Microsoft was autistic.

Bill Gates has Asbergers. Einstein had Autism. It really makes perfect sense, and no, he would not have been diagnosed because of the life style he lived...it was hidden because he was always performing, and on stage was where he would appear 'normal.' During his 'down time' his reclusive behaviors could be attributed to his need for space, alone time. The insomnia is a huge indicator, but again, he was working since age 5, so no one would see, and his lack of sleep attributed to adrenalin, or passion. My opinion...

An unamed source is an unverifiable source...IMHO of course. I would never take the word of anyone who is not willing to go on the record until they are on the record.

I have studied everything Einstein since I was a child. Many psychiatrists,therapists,and psychologists have strongly suggested that he was indeed manic-depressive)bipolar. That's also my belief.

I was not rude in any way. I was only saying that we should not assume things and give labels based on a silly article. That's all.

Jackson's prior drug use has nothing to do with his death. He died of acute propofol poisoning. According to the "leaked" autopsy results none of the pain killer drugs we have heard about him abusing for so long were in his system. Also according to the “leaked" autopsy results his liver and kidney were healthy and normal. Demerol, which is the main drug we hear about him abusing, causes liver and kidney damage with long term abuse. By the way, the leaked autopsy results came from the office of one of the outside doctors that was/is reviewing the autopsy records for LAPD. This should be simple, so I wonder if they are investigating something or someone else.

Yes as posted on the blog we discussed this on i mentioned Bill Gates and also Tim Burton the director, as told to us by my sons medical professionals... I was also told as i posted that they excel in their given talent... because it becomes an all encompassing interest to them, as your nephew with his tap.. My son is all about the arts, whether it be writing lyrics, poetry, drawing, but his big passion is film. Anyway we know what we know thats all that matters Carie, and we are truly blessed.

I honestly don't think Michael is autistic. He's just eccentric. He's a gem, unlike anything or anyone we've ever experienced before.

I think if you are close to someone with Autism you are in a good position to see the symptons in others.Many people do go undiagnosed because not all medical professionals have experience in the condition.

@ DN and Carrie.... like I said earlier you are entitled to your own opinions. For myself, I choose not to accept unverified sources as fact. A diagnosis of Ansperger's or autism or any other diagnosis is at this point unsubstantiated...and will probably always be unless someone chooses to release MJ's entire medical history....Michael lived his whole life with everyone speculating about everything...I am going to try and limit myself to speculating about what happened on 25 June and the subsequent investigations and consequences.

Hi there Lori How many times have you seen TII anyway? I would have to drive a long way to see it a second time. Ive heard that there are 3 different versions being shown.

IMHO...i'm not surprised at all that every person could have different opinion on a given situation..the world will be all bored to death if that's the case..everything is debatable and the outcome depends on the practical proof presented not just from a speculative statement issued from a source with no name.
In carie's case(although i can't agree on some of her views sometimes) she was not stating or did not state that mj was diagnosed autism she was just simply saying that MJ MIGHT HAD not HE HAD this disorder base on observations between MJ and her nephew..i think we have to read the statement well and carefully with the whole context before reacting..
as i said IMHO

as for your request to post on our thoughts regarding that link you gave, here is my view:
after reading this nothing has changed, it never shake my belief that MJ is gone. no offense but i LOL on some point on one of the videos, i found it ridiculously astonishing but technically pretty well done video..i could not see any single point that could convinced me rather i see he was not fully aware from the beginning of the danger he was going to face soon but when he finally realized, it was already too late, the schemers and the plotters got him in that 4 corner room of his and now no more turning back. I understand that in your point of view, they were talking about conspiracy theory, you are convinced that there are people helping him to get away of that danger and that he's hiding away somewhere and he will be back as soon as all the offenders served what was right for them or others may say he would not come back anymore so he could enjoy the freedom, simple life he is getting right now but for me if there is really conspiracies involved does not applied here the way you see it..it's the other way around. The people after him with whatever reason got him and killed him and unfortunately you will find him inside of one of the crypt at forest lawn cemetery.....i hate to think that he is dead but it's the reality

In which manner can we best utilize our emotional energies? Autistic??? Not likely. Artistic-definitely.

I think Dr. Murray returning to work is outrageous, but I believe this was to cause people to complain enough, sort of an experiment to see how many fans and real professional doctors would get up in arms with this info. I don't think it was meant to be a permanent practice. The real doctors are furious for many reasons, and this will hold more weight when/if they phone or write the people to get murray's licence revoked. If there is enough cry for justice hopefully the write thing will be done. I keep thinking about the drama/controversy with hiring diane diamond, but thats why they did this.

As for the investigation taking soo long, this might be good news–they are being careful and making sure all ppl are punished. I never believed michael was a drug addict, but surely they are trying to spin in that way.

The autism article was interesting; however I still believe that Michael was an artistic genius who happened to be shy. And of course, his life experiences shaped his world in a way that we can only attempt to understand. A non-existent childhood and mammouth, unrelenting fame mixed together with strong (and sometimes conflicting) religious beliefs, a cold father, evil trash media and evil leeches and parasites. There are probably a few other elements that I have left out...
Perhaps I simply know too little about autism but I feel that Michael had such an intense love for the world/nature/mankind that I don't associate with autism.

It seems that the 'sources' are back again and they aren't saying much this time around either.

For instance, the first report was that there would be an arrest in early 2010 – you can't predict when an arrest will be made. This reminded me of when they announced when the raids were going to happen.

And Murray isn't the one they are talking about. All Murray did was be in the care of Michael for aproximately 6 weeks – this is not what is going down with this investigation.

Doesn't this sound like the Anna Nicole Smith case in some ways? Maybe the law enforcement folks should talk to the ones involved with that case for some help.

If I'm right in my belief there will be arrests made but not like everyone thinks.

But who knows, nothing is as it seems when it comes to what has happened (or not happened) since June 24th. Yes, June 24th.
