Conrad Murray has had a criminal record and a very shady and immoral past but always got away from being jailed. Well, karma finally caught up with him at the expense of killing a beloved well known celebrity Michael Jackson and now he will be charged with manslaughter and be finally heading towards jail time where he truly belonged! Apparently, Murray never showed any remorse over his past wrongdoings and continued with his dishonest lifestyle. I want to see him and the rest of the enablers be caught and do jail time for a real long time!

Seems like maybe Murray was "on something". He must have been. Why else would a supposedly intelligent, respected cardiologist keep giving drugs like that?
I'm not saying the other doctors are innocent here,they should be charged with something, but obviously, they didn't give Michael enough drugs to kill him!

He would have been much more effective and helpful to Michael if he had hired a team of doctors to help him find a (healthy) solution to the Insomnia.
If he had, I believe that MIchael would still be alive today.

Dr.Murray should be charged with 2nd degree murder – not only did he inject Michael with all these dangerous drugs but he literally let him die – instead of calling 911 right away he waited for over an hour and a half – leaving no chance for Michael to be saved.

Just give the full coroners report to the D.A., so Murray can be arrested and a trial date assigned. Get all the doctors involved, going back 20 years, who provided the diprivan (dr on the east coast), all the doctors filling prescriptions and the pharmacys that handed them out like candy & over dispensing. Like Clint Eastwood did "Hang Em High". Then change the laws so this doesn't happen to another person.

Even 2nd degree murder – only 15 years in jail – hardly a punishment for murdering the World's Legend.

Dr. Murray should see Murder TWO charges. His actions were repeatative, deliberate and lacking of medical SOP. Sorry. NO Involuntary Manslaughter ... MURDER TWO.

The other doctors and pharmacies who have treated and contributed/aided in Michael's obtaining these medications should also have charges brought against them. Liekly many of these might be more administrative, unless there is solid evidence that points to longstanding or outright disregard for medical/prescription SOPs– and in these cases, there should be criminal charges.

Mr. Murray knows more that what he says. He can say 2 seconds all he wants, I know for a fact he was gone for more than 10mins. The issue I have with Cherilynn Lee is why she didn't call his mother or someone, when he called her that Sunday and said he wasn't feeling well? Also if Murray thought his behavior was odd, Why didn't he put him to sleep and then have him carted off to rehab. All he had to tell the guards was Michael was having problems call the 911. They wouldn't have tried to stop him, if they thought is was an emergency.

Michael suffered from Lupus. Managing the recurring pain through medication is what sufferers do. Michael had built a tolerance to several meds, many of which are commonly used to help Lupus sufferers. Many people even take medical marijuana to reduce the pain (found in his home). Glaucoma can be a problem (medication for this found in his home that was initially thought to be heroin). Insomnia is a common side effect for people taking medication for Lupus. Now add to that the excitement and pressures of preparing for a comeback show and imagine the insomnia.

Of course, at this point in his life, after many years of this affliction, he needed competent medical care, not a doctor without the strength to say no just because a patient gets demanding.

Before slamming Michael, people should try to understand how he reached this level of drug tolerance and addiction. The media could have helped, many times over the years, to inform and educate, which used to be part of the job, however, when compassion and understanding were required, he got ridicule because it required no research and made easy money.

I don't know for fact about the propofol, he has spoke about giving Michael demoral though. The only thing I can think of when Michael had procedures done at his clinic, he could have possibly used it. He said he didn't but who knows for sure?

When Cherilynn Lee was interviewed by Larry the same week Michael died, She said Michael phoned her from L.A. On the Sunday before he died and told her, he was sick and one side of his body was cold and the other was hot. She told him to go to the hospital, she was in the emergency room. She could have called and told Katherine to have someone go over and check on M.J.

I don't see why she would have called his mother, he was 50 years old he would call who he thinks he should call...

Michael is dead at the hands of an incompetent physician. Celebrity Doctor Dysfunction is not going to be an adequate defense. I hope charges come soon. I really need to focus my energy towards the proscution. I hope they go for a murder charge. This is more than manslaughter.

The other day I read an interview with Lou Ferrigno Who trained Michael. He said the last time he saw him was May 28, and then he was supposed to see Mike again just in London. AEG says that MJ wanted Dr. Murray on tour (but that they were trying to talk him out of it, which is BS) – they said it was costing too much...maybe just maybe they made this statement because they knew what happened to MJ and why.........so again SONY/AEG whatever, they could have put their foot down and told MJ no. It wasn't that Michael could not accept no for answer, it was all about the money and less about whether MJ was able to do and healthy enough.

I'm just getting home and started reading everything. And I could just throw up right now. Everything is so now so real.
Tragic, tragic, tragic that a life would have to end this way. I agree with the defense attorney who wrote the article on this blog....for a cardiologist to go out of the realm of established medical standards to give this medication in a home, and then to carry it further and not have a cardiac monitor and life saving equipment is absolutely insane.

It is very sad for all of us, but most of all his mother and his children. When this trial starts, his children will start hearing about how their father died. It won't matter how much they're kept away from TV, computer, etc. They will hear something. How very sad. My heart hurts for them and they have my prayers. MJ is in a better place and thank God who will keep all of this tragic mess from him.

Hello everyone, it is really me this time. I am extremely upset about the constant imposters that have appeared here. How dare someone place Michael's A capella Heal The World recording as proof? It is silly and offensive. Michael is very hurt. The "Michael coroner van video" is a fake and has discredited what Michael initiated. Propofol, as those of you who may work in the medical profession know, disappears from the bloodstream after several hours and can not cause intoxication. Michael has taken several combinations of prescription drugs in the past to alleviate him and it has never hindered his abilities let alone caused his demise. You will soon understand why all of this has been orchestrated the way you have all read. Michael has the heart of a lion.

I've just been here in the background reading everyone's remarks for the past month and The Informers comments have certainly piqued my (and I'm sure everyone else's interest). This sounds way too good to be true if he is telling the truth. We can only hope so. Why would anyone go to the trouble of doing this otherwise? Although the whole thing just defies explanation. What about the Coroner's report all over the news? How could that be fake? Or the interment on 03Sept? Michael Jackson Doc Gets SAG Warning, Wrongly

The Michael Jackson documentary, “This is It,” got a warning notice from the Screen Actors Guild. Someone at SAG must have panicked that the movie has never been registered with them, and that the people in it aren’t getting paid through the union.

A Member Alert went up on the union’s website that reads in part: “The producer of the theatrical motion picture ‘This Is It’ (also known as ‘Michael Jackson’s This Is It’) is not yet signed to an agreement with Screen Actors Guild covering the terms and conditions for performers and background actors employed on the picture.”

Apparently, no one has told then that “This Is It” is a documentary made from footage taken of rehearsals of Jackson’s stage show. It was never intended to be a film. No one is acting in it.

Meantime, I am told that the film is coming along nicely in the editing room. Every day director Kenny Ortega shows assembly of footage to a variety of producers involved in the project. The word is that everyone is very happy with what they’re seeing.

Most importantly, they do say that we’ll see Michael giving cogent instructions to dancers and singers, and interacting with his crew and cast. This should end once and for all the accusations that Jackson was out of it to perform, or to do the shows in London.

Meanwhile, no one knows why the police investigation into Jackson’s death is taking so long. Many people close to Jackson right before his death still have not been interviewed by the police. Nevertheless, one Jackson intimate has been very much in touch with the police, and is warning friends that something “big” and “dangerous” is about to happen. Let’s hope so.

All I can say is there are alot of unanswered stuff going on and the media is just rehashing the story and putting a spin on it in various directions....I guess we will have to wait and see until next week Sept. 3 if the burial happens.

Hi 8080 - precisely my point. I said that a few nights ago. There is NO telling how much of Michael's money is still out there, sitting in Tohme's coffers, no less. Someone needs to get to the bottom of this. Michael was worth $1.3 billion two years ago. At his time of death, he was barely liquid. This stinks big time.

... And today I have been playing Michael's music loud (no earphone etc) since this morning since I woke up, and even at work. People look and talk, but I don't mind. Today is Michael's birthday so that is my tribute to him.

I praise Malnik for saying early enough that he is not the biological father of Blanket (because I feared that he could be the third "biological father" to show up). And for not saying anything else to the press after June 25 (if we forget about the pics on the facebook page of his wife). And for providing MJ a nice place for some kind of a vacation and probably some money when he needed it. As for him being shady and mafioso, who can prove anything?

Ok, I'm finally back. This blog is too long. It takes my little old comp. sooo long. I'll be glad when Santa comes this year. It's pretty bad whe my 14 year old daughter has a nice new laptop form Santa last year and I have to fight with this thing until Dec.25 this year. Doesnt seem fair does it? Be back in 5.

I cant help wonedring about the US of today. I dont live there so maybe some american can help me answering my questions.

There is no doubt according to me that MJ convinced Murray to give him these drugs. And there is no doubt according to me that Dr Murray, with all his experience and knowledge should have refused from day one. Im sure MJ would have found somebody else giving him what he needed if Murray had refused but that is no exuse. Both were wrong but Murray was the one with education and the one that probably was more stable and sound at the moment.

However, is there nobody asking why Michael needed so much drugs? Are you so worn out in U today that is it not remarkable that a 50 years old having so much stress and insomnia that he feels he need to take the strongest sleeping pills and even insist on having drip at home? I know I am repeating myself but he was only 50. To me 50 is no age. I know he had been a dancer but I have many ex dancers as friends and all though they have some sore bodyparts and backs they dont look like MJ did and they dont have to take a pile of pills to get to sleep and another pile to get started again. Is it only me who think that MJ have looked terrible worn out and depressed the past years? Maybe longer? Or is that how people look in US?

Where were everybody? His family? Friends? Why did nobody do anything or questioned his lifestyle? How long have this been going on? Where there other doctors before giving him the same treatment? Did they say "no" at a certain level? Did the children not react on the oxygentubes? Or have they seen them the whole life?

Maybe because I am an outsider, but I find it so strange that people normalize this whole thing. Yes, Murray did some bad choices and he should have said more "no". But the rest? Why did nobodt say "Look Michael, this is not normal." If it was a mental thing and his body was in perfect health, why treat him with drugs and not try to sort his worries and depression in other ways? There are so many things that are odd in this story.

I love Google. They are a class act. Everyone should be. I just wish that Michael had receive more support when he needed it. I hope he knows how much we care. I wish there was something more concrete I could do for the family. My heart aches for them all.

With all due respect to the Informer.....way too much has happened now.He has been playing with our hearts, and to come here on the eve of Michaels birthday was dishonoring . Michael is gone, and with all that has happened the past 2 months, it would be cruel and selfish for the people that love him , to wish him back into such a bitter and utterly cruel world. I believe that he is finding out right now what true love really is and is feeling the love right back. { with the exception of his children}. I wanted to believe it at one time too, but my heart couldnt take it anymore, and I realized that he was in a better place, and still protect his children. JMO

Rhonda – good question about the firing. Fan sites said that MJ sent a letter to all business associates (by May 5?) in which he insisted "Dr. Tohme Tohme is no longer authorized to represent me". And I know I read about it in a UK newspaper, and the author was kinda ironic that this was the only such official statement of MJ that they knew of.

Mila – I was only joking at the speculation of SuzieCanada. Impersonating people who say MJ is alive is not my idea of having fun.

Lisa - I think it's deeper than a mere overdose, and the portrayal of a set scenario. But I'll digress on further elaboration for now.

How are you so sure Michael was taking all of these drugs? Thereason his family and close friends didnt do anything is because they didnt see it. So you are going to believe fired staff and staff that stole from him, and 15 minute famers? Were you there to hear him BEG for these drugs? Did you feel any of his pain? How do you know these staff werent getting these drugs for themselves at Michaels expense? Kind of strange how Michael could be taking all of these meds, yet close friends, family didnt see it, Kai didnt see it and he was with his children constantly and was a hands on dad. The children look very healthy physically and mentally to me. Coming from an alcoholic home myself, believe me , it would show on the children. EVERYTHING we have heard from anyong since his death has been their word against Michaels.....and they know it. Klein has already been linked to getting drugs for himself in Michaels expense and names. And to this day I do not believe Michael would he himself use Princes name on meds.

exactly. If Michael was such a user then why was there rotted marijuana (sp) on the floor and why would his family call and turn it in when they knew it would go like wild fire in the media

I am off today, I don't want to be in the midst of this Informer hype. We are talking about serious business here. A loved one has died, children are mourning and here comes some stupid freak that needs attention.

The informer is a fraud and is ridiculing a very serious matter. It was nice for 2 days, but this whole thing has gone overboard, just like the hoaxes.
